REFERENCE Title: The Street Composer:Bernard Tschumi Time: 1994 Provenance: Manhattan Transcript Abstract:42nd street. From the East River to the Hudson, there are many different worlds: from the Chrysler Building to the cheap brothels. However, MT2 does not describe these "worlds", but ra-ther their boundaries. Each bound-ary becomes a space containing events, along with movements that cross t he boundary."He is out of prison; They had sex; She killed him; She's free."

Title: Mopheus Composer: Nicholas Zembashi Time: 2015 Provenance: AA Intermediate 3 Abstract:Nicholas used narrative symbolic moments to understand Wonderland as a sinister land jointly constructed by individual narration and collective trade, and then set up the concept of Wonderland in the city of London, presenting a land interwoven with ancient culture and individual narration and a decentralized city with a huge hand-painted painting.

Title: Pooh Town Composer: Nick Elias Time: 2014 Provenance: Bartlett Unit 10 Abstract:As an entertaining symbol, winnie-the-pooh creates a happy economic utopia that boosts local residents' happiness. From then on, the city will no longer have industrial expansion, but become an architectural paradise full of imagination and friendliness. Its design intention is to rethink the negative impact of industrial civilization on the crowd.

Title: Plug-in City Composer: Archigram Time: 1964 Provenance: Collage City Abstract:Archigram seems to be making picturesque images of the future. All the unplanned randomness, the cheerful shape of the tights, the striking soaring tone, the impassioned rhythm, all the famous ingredients that animated England, were now endowed with a transgenerational radiance.

Title: Plan Voisin Composer: Le Cobusier Time: 1925 Provenance:Collage City Abstract: He planned a future. The modern city was put into a particular Paris base, and no matter how unsightly it appeared, it conceived a working model of reality. It is a declaration of the destiny of history, a celebration of universality.

Architecture can be a simple physical space construction,an abstract artistic representation, or a narrative medium, a declaration.

I love london! It’s marvelous.

Sure.

Would you please let me know when we get to Wimbledon?

Such a sunny day today.

Do you know that Covent Garden is going to be pulled down soon?

The municipal construction here is backward, the environment is bad and the living population drops sharply.I think it really needs to be rebuilt.

Oh,yes. I’ve heard it that Parliament introduced an updated draft Covent Garden’s Moving.

Oh dear... Don’t be so harsh.

What type of accommodation are you looking for?An entire flat just for you or...

Yes. You are right.

I'm looking for a room to rent.

Oh, I brought my children to CoventGarden today. It's very lively here.

I love meeting new people all the time, but living under the same roof and meeting new people are different matters.

I like the market atmosphere here!

Yes.. But it’s so congested. It does need to be rebuilt

The potential commercial value of the site has become a point of interest for the government and property developers. What are you going to do this bank holiday, Brenda?

We're going to Bath for three days.

Covent Garden has a special historical and cultural value. It is worth saving. Well, they look, smell and taste like burgers made from meat, but they're made from soya beans. Nut burgers are so delicious... but made from nuts, of course.

What are veggie-burgers?

Yes...If it can be regulated the place.

That's a good idea.

OMG..If you like.

How about fish and chicken?

I like this street performance.

I'm trying to make a Christmas present list.

The city is always renewing itself. The people who live in them produce new things, experience them and forget them. And the cleaners, perhaps time, is an invisible law, the invisible consciousness of drunken dreams. They work with an almost religious devotion, throwing the old things out of town, unable to pick them up again.

The basic principle of plastic degradation in insect larvae is the decomposition of plastic by certain colonies in the gut.6 bacterial colonies were isolated from the plastic-fed yellow mealworm intestines and cultured separately. The 6 strains were inoculated in the culture medium with plastic as the sole carbon source. Among them, 4 and 6 strains had plastic-degrading enzyme system, which could decompose plastic and provide growth needs[1]. NUMBER CHANGE

These diagrams show the growth and movement of colonies[2]. The colonies were cultured on the AGAR matrix, and over time the dilating edges (marked by the anterior humoral membrane and shown as white curves) moved from right to left[3]. In addition, the montage of flowing streamlines -- from the highlighted lines-- reveals the motion of vortices on the interface (color-coded).The vortices attach themselves to the interface, and some of the vortices on the surface separate and move away, while others gradually disappear or break apart[3].

Due to the earth's rotation and the prevailing winds caused by its rotation, five major circular ocean currents form around the globe. In the Caribbean sea, ocean currents collect waste plastic that floats in waterways and coastal areas, and with rainy seasons wash land surfaces away, the plastic ends up in the center of the ocean. Over time, the plastic accumulates and breaks down into microplastics, invading organisms and marine areas, forming giant plastic floating islands that expand and eventually fill the entire ocean. It may seem like the end of the ocean, but the recyclability and biodegradability of most plastic gives hope to human. Attempts are being made to resource and power the scourge of the ocean, and to open up a new world in the white world by turning plastic into other easily decomposing materials. People congregated on floating islands, and in the distance lay vast and dangerous white wastelands.

After the organisms die out, they are used as protein to construct new eco-friendly materials. Water in addition to the material as a plasticizer, the ion in it can provide protein assembly with a strong driving force, and can also through the site to adjust the interaction between protein to control the structure. The diagrams show that with the ph change, macromolecular protein spatial structure and properties change, and change the ion concentration between seawater and plastic floating island can make protein assembly polymerization can be controlled. After granulation, the mechanical and hydrophobic properties of the protein were improved by mixing the compatible modifier, so that the protein had better mechanical properties in Marine environment. Then the environmental protection material with better mechanical properties can be obtained through mechanical extrusion[4].

RESPONSE TO ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION

The relationship between average weight of Tenebrio molotor, PVC averageweight loss and feeding time

The Tenebrio Molitor is Tenebrio molitor in four stages: egg, larva, pupa and adult. The larvae can gnat on the plastic and survive for more than one month if they rely on plastic as a single food source. During this period, they grow normally. With the increase of plastic quality, the average weight and development degree increased obviously. Figure A: When eating plastic, the weight of mealworm showed a trend of decline in the first 7 days, and the microflora of plastic degradation in the insect needed to be rebuilt, affecting the digestion of plastic. After 10 days, the weight increased, and finally the average weight of mealworms increased by 0.015± 0.002g, and the average weight increased by 17.24%±2.29% while some mealworms could complete the whole metamorphosis development process. Figure B: The plastic intake of mealworms increased over time. After 10 days, the plastic was fed by the yellow mealworm, and the quality was reduced faster. After the intake of 200 yellow mealworms for 32 days, the reduction of plastic mass reached 0.499±0.023 g, and the relative reduction of plastic was 9.98%±0.46%[1].

The project points towards an imminent future where wearable interfaces and building skins are customized not only to fit a particular shape, but also a specific material, chemical and even genetic make-up, tailoring the wearable to both the body and the environment which it inhabits. Through this principle, the colors displayed are directly reflected on the surface of the building, enhancing the visual effect of the building.Microbial density could also be used to monitor the extent of plastic pollution and degradation around floating islands[5].
