Ulrike von Arnold, Vienna Convention Bureau Ulrike von Arnold is Deputy Director of the Vienna Tourist Board's Vienna Convention Bureau and a Member of the Board of Directors of the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA), where she represents the Sector Destination Marketing, which comprises the City Convention Bureaus as well as regional and national convention bureaus. She has been with the Vienna Convention Bureau since 1995 as Marketing Manager for Germany, Italy, Switzerland and the Scandinavian countries, and has been Director Christian Mutschlechner's deputy since 2004. Before joining the convention bureau, she worked as Marketing Director for Radisson SAS International Hotels Copenhagen and Meeting Manager for SAS International Hotels.

Jurriaen Sleijster, MCI Group Jurriaen Sleijster is the Executive Vice President of MCI, a global Event Management, Communication & Association Management company, and is based at their HQ in Geneva, Switzerland. MCI organises over 3’000 events annually and manages a budget in excess of €300 million. Sleijster started working in the meetings industry in 1989 and his professional track record includes the management of the congress department of the European Society of Cardiology, and management of an Events Agency in the UK. During his now 11 years with MCI, the company grew from 3 offices & 120 staff to an international Group with 1’300 staff and 47 offices in 23 countries. Jurriaen holds an MBA from SKEMA Business School in France, and is an alumnus of executive education programmes at Insead, Harvard Business School, IMD and IESE.


Michael Luehrs, MeetGreen® With 23 years in the hospitality and events industry, Michael provides organizations with strategic guidance in sustainable business practices. He was sustainability advisor to the Danish Foreign Ministry for their successful pursuit of sustainable event certification for the United Nations Climate Change Conference 2009 (COP15) and European Union Presidency 2012. Selected by Meetings Net as a ‘green leader,’ he is the current President of the Green Meeting Industry Council and Sustainable Business Advisor with MeetGreen. With MeetGreen, Michael supports meetings industry leaders such as IMEX, McDonald's and Salesforce with practical approaches to sustainable business practices. Michael lives in Stockholm, Sweden and is the author of www.FightingGoodFights.com, a blog sharing practical insights on applied sustainability.

Jonathan Bradshaw, The Meetology® Group Jonathan Bradshaw is a CEO and founder of the Meetology® Group who work with venues, organisers and businesses on helping create more effective meeting through the understanding of human behaviour, psychology and performance. As well as helping design great meeting spaces, researching into meetings behaviour and speaking on the subject internationally, the company also help the performance of attendees through its training division Meetings Mindset® Jon’s varied experience in human performance and motivation include time as a semi-professional footballer, personal trainer, climbs on Mt. Everest & Mt. Kilimanjaro and an epic 5500km (3400mile) European bike ride. This experience is coupled with over 15 years in the international meetings industry including 7 years with the IMEX Group where he was Director of Business Development. As a speaker Jon has entertained and educated audiences in over 25 countries and his popular Reboot your Brain column in MPI’s membership magazine ONE+ was awarded a coveted EXCEL award by US based Association Media & Publishing in 2010.
