LLG-Test tube racks, self-aligning, stainless steel Robust stainless steel (brushed) test tube racks. Due to the special construction the racks aligne the test tubes automatically so that the tubes are more comfortable to use. Contamination from vessel to vessel is also reduced as the tops of the tubes do not touch. Dishwasher safe, steam autoclavable, suitable for dry heat (200°C) and water bath. The new bottletop dispenser VITLAB® TA has been especially developed for trace analysis. The VITLAB® TA optimizes sample preparation and treatment and contributes to the faciliation of the preparation steps in the laboratory by its ease of handling and thus meets the demanding requirements of this application area. Exact and reproducible results are of major importance in trace analysis and and should not be influenced by contaminated media; therefore, the components that are in contact with the fluid path are carefully chosen and constructed of the highest purity materials, such as PFA, PTFE and sapphire. These materials are optimally suited for the contamination-free work in trace analysis. The release of trace metal content after appropriate cleaning is generally in the low ppb range, or, depending on application, even in the ppt range. Dispensers with tantal spring are suitable for special applications with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). With orange indicator colour. Grain size 1 to 3mm. This self-indicating drying agent (white silica gel) is free from any heavy metals and therefore environmentally compatible. The gel is naturally orange when active and at a 6 weight-% saturation level. As the gel adsorbs moisture, the colour changes into white. The total adsorption capacity is approximately 23 in weight-% at 40% RH. The range of application is identical with that of white silica gel. The colour change, however, represents a great advantage since it allows monitoring of the saturation level. The gel can be regenerated when heated at a temperature of maximum 120°C until it turns to its original orange colour.
