spezial Safety Caps The integrated air valve blocks hazardous vapours and cleans the inflowing air from dust and dirt particles. With various connectors for capillaries and tubes. Safety Caps are available for most common glass bottles (e.g. thread size GL45). They can be customized for other container sizes by using different adapters. Especially recommended for HPLC use: Solvents stay clean and components of solvent mixtures can not evaporate. Optimum protection against health hazards caused by evaporation and insufficient sealing. Core Advantages: No evaporation of hazardous gases No contamination of solvents No twist of tubing Easy container exchange No air intake (HPLC) Cost efficiency (save expensive solvents by avoiding evaporation)

Safety Caps Safe solvent supply. With integrated air valve. For maximum efficiency, we recommend to change the valve every 6 months. The filter membrane absorbs dust and dirt particles to protect your solvent reservoirs. The valve is universally suitable for all Safety Caps: it also works with your present Safety Caps. Simply replace the old valve with the new one.

GLS 80 Stirred Reactor The GLS 80 stirred reactor is suitable for a wide range of laboratory mixing processes. The screwthread connections (2 x GL14, 2 x GL18) provided allow addition or removal of media from the bottle during the mixing process. The whole assembly can be autoclaved and is therefore suitable for use in fermentation and culture. By using components from the GLS 80 connection system, an additional media bottle (Tubing o.d.: 1.6 to 12.0mm) can be connected or a sterile pressure equalizer attached. Drive for the stirrer is provided by a standard, commercial, magnetic stirrer. The variable length stirrer shaft can be used in Duran® GLS 80 laboratory glass bottles (1000 and 2000ml) and provides notably improved mixing in comparison with standard magnetic stirrer bars. The paddle is exchangeable and can be used up to 500 rpm. Typical applications: mixing of liquids, dissolving of solids, simple fermentation. Supplied with: bottle, GL14 screw cap (PP, blue), 2 x GL14 a. 2 x GL18 screw cap (PBT red)

RZR 2020

Visco Jet® stirring system Stirring system that mixes low to high viscosity media using jet-vortices. Principle: The worldwide patent-pending Visco Jet® stirring system is based on the cone-jet principle. Turbulent flows are created at the tapered end of the cone nozzle by acceleration, displacement and deceleration, resulting in vortices. These flows influence each other and create a novel, dynamic mixing movement. Advantages: This system is ideal for all types of mixing no aeration no foaming no temperature rise gentle mixing for delicate samples short mixing times minimum power consumption whilst mixing at low speeds Type Visco Jet® - 80 mm
