LLG-Safety vented wash bottle, PE-LD Manufactured from LDPE and with the safety label printed on the wash bottle in accordance with regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 (GHS). Tube Mill control The world’s first patented Tube Mill control is a batch mill with disposable grinding chambers. Eliminates the possibility of cross-contamination and the effort of cleaning. The grinding chamber and cover are made from a transparent material so grinding tests can be observed at any time. The mill can be used for hard (Mohs hardness up to 3), dry and brittle materials. It is especially suitable for grinding seeds, such as corn and wheat. During development of the mill, particular emphasis was placed on security. The mill will only start when the hood is closed. When the grinding chamber is not inserted properly or not closed properly, the drive unit will display an error message and the drive will not start. During operation, the grinding chamber cannot be opened. The drive and the grinding chambers are secured with a labyrinth seal. No dust can escape from the chamber or penetrate the drive. -

Heating circulators Good things come in small packages! Thanks to their low bath volumes the models CC-104A und MPC-104A (with polycarbonate bath) as well as the CC-202C and MPC-202C (with stainless steel bath) are especially suitable for controlling the temperature of small external applications. All models are fitted with rear mounted M16x1 pump connections as standard. Models with the Pilot ONE have a speed regulated pressure/suction pump. The temperature constancy, in accordance with DIN12876, is 0.02 K with the Compatible Control models and 0.05 K for the MPC models. Models CC-202C and MPC-202C are fitted with an integrated cooling coil as standard. With the models CC-104A and MPC-104A the cooling coil is an optional extra.

LLG tips have thin walls and a small surface area at the tip, greatly minimising the possibility of the tip retaining sample droplets. Sample retention can be a major contributor to pipetting inaccuracy, and siliconization of tips has proved unsatisfactory because of autoclaving and contamination problems. For LLG quality tips a new polymer, NovellePolypropylene has been developed, that produces a ”super slick surface“ on our new ULR-tips, that actually improves with autoclaving and cannot leach from the tip surface. On average, Novelle Polymer and LLG ULR-tips reduces the tip retention by near 85% and decreases the standard deviation of the retained volume by more than 75%. Liquid handling accuracy and precision are crucial to success in today’s molecular biology laboratories, especially for DNA analysis and protein handling. The vacuum level and thus the suction force is sensitively adjustable by the electronic touch panel and allows a delicate and reproducible operation. The chemically-resistant diaphragm vacuum pump is automatically turned on and off as needed, which is reducing the low noise level even further. - The BVC professional with 4L PP bottle with self-closing quick couplings minimises risks in transporting hazardous waste and in contamination of the workplace. - All systems are available in two complete equipment options with different collection flasks and ready to accept a second aspiration hand controller (VHC) to support two users.
