FRAMEWORK In 2019, our network adopted a new strategic plan 2019-2022 to increase our relevance, social impact, and sustainability in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Strategic Direction 1: To strengthen the institutional capacities of the Alliance and its membership. Strategic Direction 2: To increase the social impact of the regional movement. Strategic Direction 3: To position the YMCA as a relevant and inclusive social organization in Latin America and the Caribbean.
