TIPS for County Teleworkers to "Complete" Prior to Arrival MAKE A RESERVATION All employees are required to make a reservation in the Coworking Reservation System to properly record and approve your ability to telework each day by your Supervisor. For technical questions or concerns, please email coworking@isd.lacounty.gov.
COME PREPARED Teleworkers are expected to bring everything that they need to complete their work assignments including laptops, phones, and software applications. There is a limited number of desktops/HVDs available on a firstcome, first-served basis.
GET CONNECTED Get set-up with remote access(VPN) for mypc.lacounty.gov or RSA token prior to teleworking. For issues with connectivity, please contact the ISD Help Desk at (562)9403305 or go online to create a service request.
BRINGING A GUEST Guests may be permitted upon approval by the ISD Telework Team. Please adhere to County and the coworking center's policies about guests. County employees who are onsite as guests and will be working within the County suite should make a reservation in the Coworking Reservation System.

TIPS for County Teleworkers to "Consider" Prior to Arrival HOLD ON TO YOUR KEYCARD An employee may be assigned a keycard (or key) to access certain office locations. Do not share or lose your keycard. If lost, you will be responsible for reimbursing the County $25.00 for a replacement card. If lost, please contact ISD's Teleworking Coordinators.
WEAR YOUR ID BADGE County ID/badge should be in your possession at all times to help identify yourself to other employees.
BOOKING A CONFERENCE ROOM In addition to available phone booths and open desks in the common areas, employees may book conference room time with available credits. Please be mindful of excessive usage.
GO "GREEN" WITH PRINTING In order to reduce our carbon footprint and "go green", we ask all employees to be mindful of excessive printing. Plan work accordingly to only print if necessary using available credits. For assistance with printing, please contact coworking center staff or ISD Help Desk. WORK ANYWHERE Employees are free to work inside of the County suite or any open common area within the coworking center. Please refer to your Supervisor to discuss any concerns related to working in a common area.
BE RESPECTFULÂ All employees are expected to treat each other respectfully in the workplace. If issue exist, please contact your Supervisor or ISD's Telework Coordinators to report.
CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF All employees are expected to clean up after yourself. There are no cleaning services.
DRESS APPROPRIATELY All employees are expected to be appropriately dressed for the work environment.

BE MINDFUL OF LOUD NOISE All employees are expected to be mindful of noise created while conducting meetings or phone calls within the County suite. If possible, try to locate a designated space away from others so that you do not disturb anyone.
OFFICE SEATING & PRIVATE OFFICES There is no assigned seating within the County suite. However, please be mindful of employees who may require access to specific areas or equipment as an accommodation. Private inner-office use is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Priority should be given to those who need to use the space to conduct meetings or handle sensitive or confidential information.
RESPECT THE SIGNAGE Please respect and adhere to all signs posted by the ISD Telework Team.
