FCSS Art in the Park

This program is for children 0-6 years with their caregiver. Families will spend time creating and crafting with their children in the outdoor space, this is also an opportunity to connect with other families in the community.

FCSS Daddy Come Play

This program is for children and their fathers/significant male in their lives. Children and their caregivers will have the opportunity to experience age-appropriate activities while spending one on one time together.

FCSS Jr. Teen Social Club

Fitness Workshops

PLEASE NOTE:

Access Fitness I

Are you between ages of 12 & 15 and interested in gaining early access to the Cenovus Fitness Centre? This introductory course will teach you the basics in setting up and using the resistance training machines, cables stations and cardio equipment. This hands on, fun and interactive workshop will also cover basic nutrition, facility rules, etiquette, and safety.

Access Fitness II

This course will take your Access Fitness basics to the next level. You will be working with the trainer on more specific exercises using the free weights and cable machines so that you are more confident in the fitness centre. FCSS Circus Camp

Learn how to juggle, walk on stilts, ride a unicycle and more with world-class instructor Flyin’ Bob!

A program to give older teens life skills, tools and resources that will transition them into adulthood in a healthy and positive way.

FCSS Babysitting Course

Get up-to-date information about childcare and safety to become a qualified babysitter.

FCSS Home Alone Course

A workshop designed to provide children aged 9-11 with the necessary skills and knowledge to be safe and responsible when home alone.

FCSS Class 7 Learners Course

A free interactive course for youth aged 14+ who want help to prepare for the written Learner’s License test. Dates: Courses held throughout the year. Time: 10 am - 4 pm Location: Bold Center Cost: Free Ages: 14 - 18 years
