‘the standing still of the sun‘ Our High Summer Range ~ Solstice is one of our favourites to date! It sees some of the most gorgeous festive outfits that we hope you adore. This range is created using 100% natural cotton fibers and is of the highest quality and perfect for the warmer seasons. It incorporates soft woven cotton and a signature broderie design that we have seen travel through our latest releases. The range contains gorgeous bloomers, shorts, a skirt, dress and top. The print incorporates a beautiful warm floral pattern that makes us dream of golden Australian summers. This range also pairs back amazingly with our earlier releases this season. delicious GINGERBREAD
ingredients 125g unsalted butter 1/3 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup golden syrup 1 egg 2 cups plain flour 1/4 cup self raising flour 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda 330g icing sugar plus anything you want to decorate with; we suggest food colouring for the icing.
method 1. Preheat oven to 180ยบc. 2. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper 3. Beat butter, sugar and syrup together in a bowl until creamy. Add egg and beat well. Sift flours, ginger and soda together. Stir into butter mixture. 4. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead lightly until smooth. 5. Roll out to 5mm thick. Use cutters to cut out shapes, transfer to tray. 6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until light brown, transfer to a wire to cool completely. 7. To decorate; prepare the icing mix following packet instructions, colour as desired and spread on biscuits.
Christmas C O C K TA I L S ingredients 1/4 cup caster sugar 125g punnet raspberries 1/4 cup vodka Handful of mint leaves, half torn small pinch dried chili flakes 1/2 cup prosecco or sparkling wine
method 1. Place sugar and 1/4 cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and cook for 1-2 minutes until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and cool, then cover and chill until needed. 2. Whiz half the berries in a food processor until smooth. Strain, discarding any solids. 3. Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, torn mint leaves, chili flakes, raspberry puree and 2 tbs sugar syrup. Shake well, then stir in prosecco. 4. Fill glasses with ice, strain over cocktail and serve with remaining mint and berries.
