HEALTH AND WELLNESS

In this day and age, more people are falling sick with diseases known back in the days to be quite rare. Diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and cancer are becoming more rampant especially amongst younger adults.

The reason for this is not far fetched as lifestyle, nutrition and daily habits have become fast-paced and genetically modified. This makes our bodies suffer with trying to adapt to these changes and creates a toxic environment in our bodies causing a negatives autoimmune response.

We can prevent these sickness and diseases from happening by ensuring that our lymphatic system is serving optimal function for our bodies. The lymphatic system is an organ system in vertebrates that is part of the immune system, and complementary to the circulatory system. It is made up of a large network of lymphatic vessels, lymph nodes, lymphatic or lymphoid organs, and lymphoid tissues. In simple terms, it is the system that carries essential vessels, organs and nodes and offers blood, oxygen and moisture circulation around the entire body.

When our lymphatic system is clogged up, blood, oxygen and moisture circulation is hindered. This gives room for our cells and other organs to try to make up for the short-circuit causing an imbalance of the immune system. In return, free radicals are released into the body and this creates more havoc to the body, making the immune system not recognize its cells and organs and attacks the body. A poor lymph health underlies all health conditions from poor skin to cancers.

To reverse this effect, we need to create an alkaline environment for the lymphatic system thrive. This is done with proper detox, change in lifestyle, nutrition and daily habits.

AN OPTIMALLY PERFORMING LYMPHATIC

SYSTEM IS KEY TO PREVENTING AND HEALING FROM DISEASES

It is impossible to embark on a detox without actually initiating a lymphatic detox.

The lymphatic system is the superhighway that runs around the inner network of the body picking up metabolic waste and toxins and carries it out, mostly through the kidney/urinary channel.

If the kidneys aren’t properly filtering the lymphatic system tries to use other eliminary channels to remove the waste, but ends up getting backed up and depositing the waste in soft organs, tissues, around joints - in places where deposits are possible. And this creates a toxic environment, creating symptoms and issues of discomfort, leading into disease.

By detoxing the lymphatic system all symptoms of pain, discomfort, inflammation and irritation go away as it literally cleans the inner water of your being to flow clear within the blood and plasma.

You will have a strong immune system, your body will absorb all your nutrients and vitamins better, cellulite and fat will dissolve and all the water retention will go away including any gut issues giving you more energy than ever before. There are simple ways to detox the lymphatic system. Ensure to speak with your medical practitioner on which way best suits you.

1. Exercise: By exercising, we are causing the body to induce blood circulation and oxygen all round, thereby forcing out all forms of wastes, congested buildup and fluid retention to be purged out. Seek proper exercises routines that help with increasing the function of the lymphatic system drainage. 2. Boosting your hydration levels: Keeping your body hydrated ensures your kidneys continue to function properly, aiding in the proper function of blood and oxygen circulation in the body. Ensure to include herbs such as dandelion which helps support liver function as well as improve lymphatic drainage. 3. Eating and Drinking more alkaline foods:

Consuming foods that have high alkalinity will reverse any form of acidity going on within the body which is caused by a release of free radicals.

Foods with high antioxidants also help to reverse free radicals and healing the body from the effects of acidity. Berries, cucumber, watermelon, leafy greens will help you achieve this. 4) Reduce your stress levels: Reducing your stress levels will greatly improve the function of the lymphatic system as this reduces the amount of cortisol the body produces. When cortisol is on normal levels, hormones become balanced and congestion reduces a great deal. Try to keep a good sleep time pattern, mediate more often and create time for rest alot more.

These few tips are some of the easiest and best ways to improve the lymphatic system which will automatically reverse any form of illness and help the body heal itself naturally.
