Registration, cocktails and raffles greeted guests of the Snow Ball Gala, benefiting Mental Health America of Eastern Missouri, as they arrived at the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis. The Dec. 3 event marked a return to form after a year away and featured awards, live auction items, a photo booth and music by the Fabulous Motown Revue. Mental Health
America of Eastern Missouri has been a resource for the metro area since 1945 to provide information, education and advocacy, addressing the entire spectrum of mental health.

That is why I am excited about MHA-EM’s new PEACE (Preventing the Effects of Adverse Childhood Experiences) Initiative. PEACE will provide therapeutic services that strengthen parent-child relationships to give children the best shot at preventing mental health conditions in adulthood. I’m so proud of our deepened commitment to B4Stage4, a philosophy that encourages early intervention to prevent serious mental illness. We are thankful for the support we receive from the community for our Snow Ball Gala and throughout the year.
