“Current Key initiatives to optimize our retail positioning in the Domestic and Foreign Markets are underway. We’ve seen the shift of revenue dollars that show momentum in our current test environments that encourage a double down incentive towards promoting Company branded merchandise to the global market.” Secret To Our Success We have to deliver value that is over and beyond what a typical OEM company would be able to. I dare say that we have been able to do that for the past five years and hence can boast of a near 98% client retention rate. This coupled with a fiercely loyal and motivated workforce means that we have been able to log double digit year on year growth every year so far. This hearty growth in light of a turbulent economic environment has been exciting and a trend that I hope to continue. Today, Noitavonne employs close to 400 people spread across its offices in three continents; offices that cater to client in over 10 countries worldwide. Yet, our humble beginnings and the fact that we still remain privately held and self-funded has helped protect the values that we hold dear to us, values that translate into our approach to dealing with all of our stakeholders. In simple words – We care. We care for our clients, our team and the ecosystem within which we operate. Our corporate ethos is that we take a long term view of all our relationships, our clients, our colleagues or our partners.

Products that are deemed IP by the directives of the company are brought to the market under the Brand, “Noit or Noitavonne”. Market Segments Consumer Sector: Consumers are inundated with a host of smart phones that advance communication dialog. Markets have been created to group consumer markets by segmenting market desires and curving buying patterns. As a result, consumers are led to constantly update or purchase new products that by and large fall short of total fulfillment leaving them to either purchase a product from each market leader. (Example Users who own a blackberry phone for business purchase and I phone for entertainment, or android for flexibility 2 Phone User Trend). Consumers are utilizing the computing power of their phone more frequently today than ever before. This trend causes tremendous discomfort to the user in regards to eye strain, ease of use and in some cases the cost burden of administering additional data plans. Utility Sector: Operators and Technicians are not equipped with information regarding critical assets in a real-time setting. Communication of change relative to critical assets such as transformers on transmission poles and meters on critical mains need systems and devices that make relevant detail information in a format that is widely understood for mission critical process. Mobility and connectivity is the desire of Utility companies. Government Sector: For Staff Augmentation all Government Departments, Vendors, Subcontractors and Workers have great pain with the manual process using emails, documents, Excel sheets. Gov. Lack's software to manage/monitor HUB's, track equipment or communicate between fixed and mobile systems. Products/Services Noitavonne Instruments – Our products cover the full range of mobile terminal technologies, including GSM, CDMA, WCDMA, EVDO, TD-SCDMA, LTE, etc. By end of 2015, our product strategy has been transferred to both 3G/4GLTE smartphone product lines for our current ODM Customers as well as the focused launch of the company's premier product, “The Noit Spectrum Joystick”. Market Analysis “Consumer technology is about constant and continuous innovation and that is what we have seen in 2015,” said President and CEO, Lael A. Alexander. “As the technology industry naturally ebbs and flows, a new class of tech is generating lots of enthusiasm among consumers. Emerging categories such as 4K Ultra HD, smart home and health and fitness wearable technology, are the breakout stars driving the industry onward and upward.” Emerging Categories Industry forecast projects that revenues from emerging product categories will grow by 101 percent year-over-year in 2016. These developing technology categories include 3D printers, 4K Ultra High Definition (UHD) televisions, connected home technologies, unmanned aerial vehicles (drones), health and fitness technology, home robots, smart eyewear and smart watches. While the emerging product categories represent less than five percent of the entire CE industry revenue forecast, they are expected to contribute rou ghly $10 billion to overall CE revenue in the calendar year. Without these categories, overall industry revenue would not sustain any growth in 2016. A few of the stand out products include: Health and fitness technology: Led by the popularity of activity tracking devices, health and fitness devices will lead unit sales among all wearables in 2016 with a projected 20.3 million units (a 21 percent increase from last year), with revenue reaching $1.8 billion in 201 6 (an 18 percent increase year-over-year). Connected Home Technologies: Including smart thermostats, smart smoke detectors, IP cameras, smart home systems, smart locks, connected switches, dimmers and outlets, the booming connected home technology industry is expected to reach $967 million in revenu e in 2016, jumping 32 percent over last year. Drones: CEA market research showed that 2015 was a defining year for drones, with the category ideally positioned for steady growth. According to CEA projections, the U.S. market will approach $105 million in revenue in 2016 (increasing by more than 52 percent from 2015) with unit sales expected to approach 700,000, an increase of 63 percent. “The back half of the year should give way to improving financial conditions that will drive consumer spending, setting up a stronger second half for consumer tech,” said Shawn DuBravac, Ph.D., chief economist of CEA and author of the New York Times best-sellerDigital Destiny: How the New Age of Data Will Transform the Way We Work, Live, and Communicate . “The test that remains for 2016 is if the impressive growth driven by emerging categories, as well as subsector growth, can offset some declines in mature categories and drive the tech industry towards sustained growth.”

Featured Product The Noitavonne Joystick features the sleekest form factor, a 64GB solid state hard drive, 3G/Wi -Fi Connectivity, Multimedia Player, 12MP Camera, Android OS, Single SIM, HDMI connections and supports both Mirror Cast and Fly Mouse Technology. The joystick can be used to wirelessly display the On-board Android OS to larger Displays thru its proprietary loop connectivity protocol or via mirror cast, allowing the user to seamlessly display embedded content on external monitors either wirelessly or by HDMI connection. The speaker cavity an omni-mic feature enables pure voice clarity and playback when the speaker phone is enabled.

The new ornamental design for Cellular phone housing and computing storage with the power of traditional smart phone functions was the chief motivator behind the Joystick's program development. This coupled with the integration of the proprietary connectivity protocol allows users to stay connected and communicate with other smart devices while carrying less payload. The design element dictates a playful use case for users that engage mobile connectivity. The joystick beams the android OS directly to Computer monitors, tablets or television displays allowing users to interact with the screens around them. Portability and connectivity are key movers as users continue the transition to the connected life. The” Noitavonne Joystick” was nominated and has been named the 2014 Innovation and Engineering Award Honoree by CES, CEA, and IEEE. Awards presentation will be held on January 6 th, 2014 in Las Vegas during the Consumer Electronics Show.

Note: More organizations are adopting mobile-first or mobile-only app development approaches as they modernize their internal workflows and customer relationship management strategies. Embarking on mobile app development forces organizations to choose how much of the experience relies on the modern web (HTML5) vs. taking advantage of the fantastic capabilities of today’s devices.

Noitavonne Machine to Machine Strategy Noitavonne has sited the “M2M Mobile Enterprise Market as the opportunity and have prepared the most agile way of meeting this growth sector at its base. With enterprise cl ients already moving towards mobile integration solutions, it is our objective to fill the demand for the devices, control panels telemetry sensors, and components that will continue to be adopted by this influx of mobile enterprise users. The M2M (machine-to-machine communications) industry is undergoing a period of fundamental change and significant growth. Encouraged by declining chipset and sensor costs, our product mix continues to mature by increasingly embedding our products with wireless connecti vity. Mobile operators and key players in industries as diverse as automotive, oil and gas, and healthcare all have a strong interest in pursuing this growing market. It is our quest to become the development agency to fill this need. Deployment Strategies To drive growth in M2M services, leading carriers in North America, Europe, and Asia -Pacific have dedicated sales teams to this sector. They are targeting the utility and enterprise sectors but not as agressively as the emerging Health care industry. The immediate focus is directed in hospital CIOs, durable medical equipment (DME) departments of large health organizations, and leaders of health service organizations ranging from hospital ICUs to assisted-living facilities. Within this emerging sector, Noit’s associates divides M2M applications into two major categories: Customer-centric M2M applications that enable devices and services that directly benefit a customers request and/or service needs. Business-centric M2M applications that improve business functions for industry providers. Most carriers are pursuing opportunities in both categories, but overall they have allocated more sales resources to the customer-centric M2M market. These solutions have higher volume potential, with better margins from high-value applications than business-centric solutions, but they also pose a higher liability risk and are subject to more regulatory red tape. Within the customer-centric market, wireless industry solutions can be segmented into service and reliance applications, which are typically marketed directly to the consumer, and warranty applications, which are more likely to be reimbursed by insurers and government related programs. The health care sector has already flourished with this potential embodying thruput of devices that are required or mandated thru regulations and yet subsidized by the customers insurance.
