THE PHOTOGRAPHER
Lafayetter Britto – PHOTOGRAPHER – I am a real estate/interior photographer, who also has a passion for automotive and portraits. I have been photographing homes in and around florida for the last 3+ years, I have gone as far south as South Beach and as far north as Jacksonville. I believe in the high quality of work vs volume, meaning that I will not have a team of photographers working with me to book more houses. I will always be the one photographing the properties and working with you (unless I am out of town and a client absolutely needs a property photographed). My goal is to get your property well showcased for a potential buyer or simply for your business.

REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY Should you hire a Professional Photographer? It will all depend on how much money you like to make. Here is my take on this... it has been proven by different studies that professional photography will not only increase your sale price, but also drive a lot more traffic through your listing. Can you sell a home without professional images? Absolutely. Would you like to sell that home for more money and a lot faster? So that you can move to your next listing, only you can answer that. Hiring a professional will not only get you amazing images, but also release some of the stress from you on marketing the home as you dont have to do it.
What should you expect? You can expect to receive my best work to showcase your listing and properties. You can expect to always do business with me and not anyone else. I will not only handle your booking, but I will be shooting and doing most of the editing. I have made a promise to myself when I started my business to never hire a team of photographers and let them go out and photograph properties, meaning that once I reach a set number of steady clients, I will stop taking in clients until I can handle more work load. This guarantees that your images will always be consistent with what you hired me for and keep some sort of exclusivity.

THE PROCESS How should you prepare the home for the photoshoot? To keep it simple, clean the home. Make sure that the home is in the best presentable shape. Blinds are turned open, floors are vaccumed, trash is out of sight. Due to the nature of the photos, I am unable to photoshop things to fix mistakes. It is a rule for the MLS that I cant bypass. THE PORTRAIT What will a professional portrait do for me? A Professional portrait session AKA Head Shot is part of your branding. It is the first image of you that a potential client will see. This is how they will recornize you for when you finally meet. As much as we would like to think otherwise, a client will base their first decision on working with you based on this image and secondly on the services you provide. You want to make sure you have the best of the best to show your representation.
