What is SHOP+?
SHOP+ is LAGO’s answer to the demand for innovation that comes from the world of retail and furniture. Today consumers desire a more relevant shopping experience with emotive spaces in which they can find the same intimacy as at home, but which are also interactive and connected to the external world. LAGO INTERIOR MOODS are collections of scenarios that explore people’s different sensibilities and attitudes and that structure a way of living, a mood, a chromatic range to associate with interior spaces. The LAGO proposal considers four moods: DEVOTION HOME, CURIOSITY HOME, WISDOM HOME, FOOLISHNESS HOME. They are interior solutions to adopt as final proposals or foundations for further personalisations, which create exciting and liveable spaces, characterised by the ‘Home Feeling’. LAGO periodically studies and proposes new moods to address the different ways of experiencing and living. Praise passion Relationship Mind/Heart Key words Dedication, passion, care, ritual, sharing. DEVOTION HOME is home to a devotion to passion and work that transfers the concept of care and affection into domestic interiors, where multiple elements come together in harmony. The concordance of components expresses itself through a chromatic palette organised in colour gradients ordered linearly. Items and accessories selected for DEVOTION HOME express the desire to create and follow a ritual, obtained by the user through personal reconfiguration, which can produce a broad range of combinatory effects and a certain uniqueness in the finished product.

The apologia of doubt Relationship Certainty/Doubt Key words Discovery, change, knowledge, unlearn. CURIOSITY HOME transfers the desire to discover and transform into domestic interiors. With the approach of a researcher experiencing the ‘home’ space, CURIOSITY HOME strives to find answers to the doubts that threaten the balance and that drive it to seek a transformation of the domestic setting. CURIOSITY HOME expresses the desire for change thanks to meticulous, flexible and decorative geometric elements that guarantee a certain level of personalisation. The certainty–doubt relationship, at the foundation of every personal research, is expressed through the juxtaposition of standard and schematic decorations with furniture items and accessories of ethnic origin which stimulate new inspirations and perspectives.

WISDOM HOME speaks of moderation, authenticity and a space that simulates a constructive and harmonic contrast with nature, its colours, its intrigues. WISDOM HOME is the home for those who have a state of consciousness and wisdom that allows them to establish a balanced relationship with the environment they live in, they experience, they create around themselves. The architectural spaces and furniture communicate amongst themselves, and this conversation produces the idea of a space capable of hosting and welcoming, cancelling out differences and distances.

Genuine wisdom does not necessarily identify itself with a rational approach – compliant with premises and therefore sterile – but with the forward-looking, visionary ‘madness’. It is the freedom from imposed conventions and rules and the expression of a unique and original vision of itself and the world. Folly as a vital creative force, represented by the combination of vibrant colours, to produce that sense of stupor and marvel which helps to stimulate fantasy and creativity.

We’ve designed a kit of in-store communication materials to make your store more attractive to customers and to make it stand out within the INTERIOR LIFE NETWORK, where you’ll become an active key player. FraMeet Innovatively designed FraMeet frames are additional decorative elements which help give a sense of familiarity and homeliness to your store. FraMeets, which are fitted with NFC microchips, help you effectively communicate the DNA of the brand, its distinctiveness and the benefits of the product. These items are on sale. Window decals LAGO window decals lend visibility and a sense of being official to your outlet and also interact with the customer, thanks to their integrated NFC technology. This way the customer is accompanied throughout the shopping experience. Touch monitor A touch monitor using FraMeet tells not only of the variety of projects you have fulfilled, but also the range of solutions our furniture provides not just in residences, but also in a variety of spaces such as bars, cafés, restaurants, hotels, B&Bs and offices. Accessories Upon request a series of accessories are available from the LAGO INTERIOR MOOD range, selected for your shop.

Talking Furniture is a project which started off from point #5 of our Manifesto: “Thinking full gives life to the empty� and gives our products new dimensions beyond what one can see and touch.
TALKING FURNITURE
LAGO NFC technology allows a series of client-based experiences to operate around the product when visiting an outlet or LAGO INTERIOR LIFE NETWORK spaces. Every LAGO product is fitted with a LAGO NFC interactive microchip. Once the LAGO app is downloaded, by hovering a smartphone over the product logos and the display cabinets, the consumer can get all the necessary information on the furniture and get autonomous access, even when offline. You get the name, designer, description, the univocal identification code which guarantees authenticity, materials, colours, measurements, price, and even the chance to send requests or questions or search the LAGO LOCATOR for the same product in other areas of LAGO INTERIOR LIFE NETWORK. Talking Furniture is an info-commerce revolution which is not limited to shop floors, but extends to all areas of the LAGO INTERIOR LIFE NETWORK and confers a new sense of dimension into the product. Thanks to NFC technology, every product maintains its history, so all one need do is access the web and swipe a smartphone over the product logos to download many other features such as photos and videos, new recipes for the kitchen, or fairy tales for the bedrooms. Alternatively one can access discussion topics to start a conversation at our LAGO COMMUNITY TABLE, or find city tourist information when sleeping at LAGO WELCOME.

The “Ideas Table” catalyses ideas and projects. Here the designer and customer discuss and define the project together. In this area they have elements of furniture, finishing touches, materials and fabrics at their disposal which will make up the interior. Having all these elements at one table stimulates creativity and a more customeroriented study of the ideal LAGO INTERIOR MOOD allowing them to see and touch every feature of the design.

We are aware of the fact that the most important part of the sales process is the relationship the sales team builds with the customer. With this in mind, everyone who works at your store is trained and motivated to adequately respond to the requirements of different spaces. The LAGO ACADEMIES are training opportunities to get to know the company and its philosophy, learn how to take advantage of the LAGO planning alphabet, and promote and communicate the shop and brand in an innovative way. Training sessions are held in store, in company or via webinar, which thanks to the internet, allows us to easily reach a large number of people.

LAGO SPACE Large multi-brand shops. LAGO SPACES are for multi-brands chosen for medium-large sizes and aimed at the medium&high-end market. They host a minimum of 8 LAGO eanvironments. The well thought-out interior project is supported by a powerful company communication engine.

LAGO CAPSULE Small multi-brand shops. LAGO CAPSULES are for multi-brands with a small LAGO space which hosts a minimum of 3 environments. LAGO SPECIALISTS are for single or multibrands dedicated to one part of the house such as the kitchen or bathroom.
