Seedlings Restaurant Seedlings Restaurant opened on 26 April 2013 in the centre of the old town of Hoi An serving traditional Vietnamese cuisine. It overlooks the Thu Bồn River, Japanese bridge and the bustling town of Hoi An with its multi-coloured lanterns lighting up the river in the evening. The restaurant is popular with visitors to the area including Laguna Lăng Cô guests who can sample the varied dishes at the restaurant like cao lau and banh vac after a day of shopping in Hoi An town.
