Estuvo con nosotros Ronald Vargas de Costa Rica y nos contó su experiencia trabajando para la empresa The Greenery, Inc Landscape. Recuerda como hace 22 años llegó un domingo al Lowcountry y desde el siguiente día empezó a trabajar para la empresa, donde encontró un trabajo estable. Alli empezó sin experiencia y hoy es uno de

los administradores, además participa del plan de acciones que ofrece la compañía.

Ronald, es un gran deportista, aquellos que se les reconoce como: fuera de serie, dado que participa en Ultra Maratones corriendo hasta 100 millas en 24 horas. Hoy tiene 55 años y recomienda comer sano, hacer ejercicio y dormir bien, por ello su rutina inicia a las 5:00 a.m. desayuna muy bien a base de proteína y al finalizar el día regresa a su casa y entrena todos los días.

Le preguntamos cómo es trabajar en tiempos de Covid-19 y nos contó “como compañía nunca cerramos, implementamos nuestros protocolos de bioseguridad, toallas de limpieza y liquidos, realmente no hemos tenido ninguna situación grave en materia de COVID-19”.

Actualmente The Greenery cuenta con más de 650 empleados en temporada baja y está buscando personas que quieran tener un trabajo estable con oportunidad de crecer, aprender y hasta ser accionista como es el caso de Ronald Vargas.

Ronald Vargas from Costa Rica was with us and told us about his experience working for The Greenery, Inc Landscape company.

He remembers how 22 years ago he arrived in the Lowcountry on a Sunday and the next day he started working for the company, where he found a stable job. There he started without experience and today he is one of the administrators, he also participates in the stock plan offered by the company.

Ronald is a great athlete, those who are recognized as: out of the ordinary, since he participates in Ultra Marathons running up to 100 miles in 24 hours.

Today he is 55 years old and recommends eating healthy, exercising and sleeping well, so he starts his routine at 5:00 am, has a very good protein based breakfast and at the end of the day he returns home and trains every day.

We asked him what it is like to work in times of Covid-19 and he told us “as a company we never close, we implement our bio-security protocols, cleaning towels and liquids, we really have not had any serious situation in terms of COVID-19”.

Currently The Greenery has more than 650 employees in low season and is looking for people who want to have a stable job with the opportunity to grow, learn and even be a shareholder, such as Ronald Vargas
