Of all the human emotions that exist, there is not one that is more transcendental than love. That is why it’s no wonder that there is a day to commemorate this beautiful emotion: Valentine's Day. Although the origins of this holiday are not clear, it is believed that it was born in ancient Rome. Some claim that this custom comes from a Roman festival that celebrated fertility on February 13, 14 and 15. Others believe that it is due to a priest named Valentine who secretly married young couples in Rome (since the emperor forbade it) and was beheaded on February 14.

Today, Valentine's Day is synonymous with gifts and celebrations. It is also a day in which many couples celebrate their love and others take the opportunity to declare their feelings to that special someone. On the occasion of this celebration, we invite you to be aware of that person that he is being your life partner and how you spend time together. Take a moment to reflect on what that relationship is like, how your partner acts in the face of challenges and how they navigate misunderstandings. Reflect on what aspects that can be improved in order to maintain a healthy relationship.
