This amusement park, located on the waterfront in Mission Beach, boasts one of the last wooden roller coasters on the U.S. west coast, the Giant Dipper. Other activities: zip line, 30-foot climbing wall and laser tag. 2. SeaWorld San Diego

The Bahia Belle is a turn-ofthe-century Mississippi sternwheeler that takes you sightseeing in comfort around Mission Bay. Mission Bay Golf Course is one of the best 18-hole executive courses in town. This challenging public course is the only night-lit golf course in the area. This par 3 and 4 course is a winner. Entrance is on North Mission Bay Drive.
