Lakani Philosophy
Dear Friends, It is indeed a great pleasure to share with you this unique journey by private jet around Africa and the Indian Ocean in 2017. The collection of destinations on this itinerary is particularly suited to travel by private jet, as we could not accomplish this route using regularly scheduled aircraft. These are all places that we thought would appeal to those who have already traveled to Africa, as well as those who may be interested in making their first visit to the continent. We wing from one country to another, relaxed in spacious leather club seats in our custom-fitted Private Jet and delight in the service from our hand-selected attentive crew. On this unforgettable journey, we’ll visit several islands in the Seychelles, the remote Anjajavy Nature Reserve in Madagascar, Selous Game Reserve in Tanzania, Chobe National Park in Botswana, and then spend the last few days in the exotic city of Marrakech, Morocco. Encounter unusual and endemic fauna and flora, majestic animals in their natural habitat, pristine landscapes, diverse cultures, and distinctive architecture. With a maximum of 15 travelers, we are able to stay in villas and suites in world renowned lodges and hotels. All along the way, our Lakani Tour Managers will be on hand to ensure plenty of pampering, enriching experiences, and fabulous cuisine. This once-in-a-lifetime journey is not to be missed. M oroccan Tea C ulture Tea occupies a very important place in Moroccan culture and is considered an art form. Morocco is one of the world's largest tea importers. Moroccan-style mint tea is commonly served throughout North Africa. Tea is served not only with meals but all throughout the day, and it is especially a drink of hospitality. While Moroccan women tend to cook the meals, tea is traditionally a man's affair, prepared by the head of the family. Tea is almost always offered to guests, and it is impolite to refuse it.
