Heather Burton has put together two nights of cooking, each highlighting a unique regional cuisine. Choose one, or both -and mangia! Techniques and recipes will be demonstrated with tasting for everyone. Thai Cuisine Chicken is central to many ethnic cuisines. We’ll see just how versatile it is, starting with Hot and Sour Soup with Coconut Milk, followed by Panang Chicken Curry and Thai Basil Eggplant with minced chicken. A feast for the taste buds! Middle East Cuisine The Middle East is and has been a crossroads that has brought together many different cultures, which has led to the development of a rich and varied cuisine. The use of pulses and aromatic spices produces dishes that are mouth-watering and offer a depth of flavours! Join me to explore the ancient traditions of this area, with particular emphasis on Lebanon. Please note- while I may use pulses in some recipes, this is not a vegetarian menu. Chakras - A Crash Course
I am a Reiki Practitioner and a healer and a fellow being just like you who tried to “fit in” this reality, but as it turned out I was meant to create my own reality. Not changing was way more painful than creating my path. So around 7 years ago I learned Reiki to access that elusive bit of “peace” and lo and behold! I realised help was always just a call away, it was me who was not asking for it. “they” were right when they said ask and you shall receive. My life began when I was about to give up, Reiki was just the stepping stone.
Sat. & Sun. Location Presenter
As I continue to seek joy in living, I keep gathering tools which bring ease in my life. It would be my immense pleasure to share some of the tools that I use in my routine life. After becoming a Reiki Master a world of possibilities opened up. I learned Access Consciousness Bars© , I read Tarot Cards, and Oracle Cards through Archangels. I am also a Certified Yoga Teacher and love meditations. So if any of the tools mentioned bring joy and lightness in your world please register for the class. I can’t wait to share with you. Lots and Lots of good wishes!

Put your body to work! Enjoy a full body toning workout, with emphasis on balance training and functional strength. Flexible strength will be the focus of this 55 minute class, utilizing the stability ball, tubing and hand weights. Gain an awareness of proper body alignment and exercise technique while improving core strength, posture and balance. Awaken your muscles from head to toe in a fun and upbeat environment. This class is a moderate workout, suitable for everyone. Choose the one that’s right for you, 50+ or all ages.
Perfect for everybody and every body! We take the “work” out of workout by mixing low and high intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie burning dance fitness party.
