Fijian Appetizers

The cuisine of Fiji draws from the whole South Pacific, the Indian population, and from other Asian countries for its ingredients and spicing flavors. Seafood is abundant, and greens of many kinds are both cultivated and gathered. The flavors are blended to produce tasty tidbits to serve before a meal or at a deck party.

Come and learn how to perfect the mother sauces and how to enhance them with other ingredients to make delicious variations.
