Can we bring our own food and alcohol?
No, all food and beverages, including alcohol, must be purchased and served through Lakehouse Resort. A corkage fee of $25 per bottle applies to wine brought in. Exceptions may be made for religious accommodation.
What is required to secure my wedding date?
A signed contract and a 25% deposit of the contracted amount are required at signing. If the contracting date is less than 6 months from the wedding date, then a 50% deposit is required. If the contracting date is less than 3 months from the wedding date, then a 75% deposit is required.
Can I purchase additional event time?
Yes, extra event time can be added for $500 per hour, subject to space availability.
Do You Require a Day-Of Coordinator?
Yes, a day-of coordinator approved by our team is required.
Do You Offer Late Nights or Farewell Brunches?

Do alcoholic beverages count toward the food and beverage minimum?
Yes, all consumable items, including alcoholic beverages, count toward the food and beverage minimum.
Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?
Yes, all food and beverage prices are subject to:
• 24% service charge (which may change without notice)
• 7.75% state tax (including on the service charge)
A portion of the service charge is allocated as gratuity for staff, while the rest covers business costs. Additional gratuity is optional but always appreciated by the staff.
Do you offer off-season pricing?
Our off-season runs during January and February, and we offer the following discounts on the per-person package (excluding alcohol):
