Favorite Features Favorite Features of the House: We love to sit on the deck, drinking coffee in the morning or sipping wine at night with the private wooded scenery. The peaceful atmosphere and abundance of privacy gives the property its private mountain feel. We also love the living room with its slider doors and open concept floor plan. We can entertain for large parties given that the kitchen opens up to the dining area and living room. The kitchen island bar seats are great for setting up small buffets and appetizers. The knotty pine interior and wood beams give us that cabin/lake house vibe.
Favorite Features of the Neighborhood: First and foremost we enjoy the location of the house, providing exceptional privacy. The scenery is beautiful and with the lawn area level we enjoy the lawn games and entertaining we can accommodate. We also love that the locations conveniently. Just 40 minutes from I-93, 25 minutes to down town Meredith and of course just 5 minutes from delicious JoJo’s Country Store subs. we can easily get to ski mountains, shopping and restaurant destinations. We can snowmobile right off our property and go hiking nearby. The best part is heading right down to the town beach which is all beautiful sand, shallow waters for the kids and lifeguard on duty. The boat launch is seconds away so we can easily head out for a day on the lake!
