Favorite Features Favorite Features of the House: We love to sit on the deck, drinking coffee in the morning or sipping wine at night watching the horizon with the beautiful mountain views. The peaceful atmosphere and abundance of privacy gives the property its private estate feel. We also love the living room with its oversized windows and open concept floor plan. We can entertain for large parties given that the kitchen opens up to the dining area and living room. The kitchen island bar seats are great for setting up small buffets and appetizers. Our other favorite spot is the kitchen. The custom cabinets and wood work make it a cozy space full of light and storage.

Favorite Features of the Neighborhood: First and foremost we enjoy the location of the house, providing exceptional privacy. The views are beautiful and with the stonewall surrounding the property lines it is our own estate. We see this is a beautiful horse property, great for ATV’s, Hunting and Farming. We also love that the locations conveniently. Just 30 minutes from the Vermont border and 30 minutes from I-93, we can easily get to ski mountains, shopping and restaurant destinations.
