The implementation of the Dogs in Open Space Strategy will be undertaken on a priority basis over a 10-year timeframe within available resource allocations. A review of implementation will be undertaken annually with progress measured by the percentage of actions commenced or completed. Financial resourcing will be a critical factor and will guide how quickly some actions are completed and the ability to investigate and address issues. Resourcing the Strategy includes, but is not limited to, general revenue, developer contributions and grants. Ongoing partnerships and collaboration with a range of internal and external stakeholders will be essential to ensuring implementation of the strategy.
