16-20 • The 14th annual Lake of the Ozarks Bikefest will be held lake-wide. Thousands of bikers will come to the Lake to participate in various events. Vendor Villages are located at Lake of the Ozarks Harley-Davidson and Camden on the Lake. The popular Passport run will be held giving participants the chance to win a new bike. 18 & 19 • A dinner theater presentation of “Radio T.B.S. will be held at the Camden County Museum at 7 p.m. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for the 6 p.m. dinner. Cost is $15 per person. Call 573-346-7191 ext 8 for reservations. For more information, go to www.camdencountymuseum.org.

21 • The Lake of the Ozarks Idiots Club second annual golf tournament at the Club at Porto Cima. The 18 hole, four-person scramble is $150 per player. 21 • The Camden County Historical Society will meet with a potluck starting at 5:30 p.m. and a speaker at 6 p.m. Myrene Lackey, a member of the Camden County Museum and a member of the National Society of Daughters of the American Revolution will be the speaker. The topic will be “Women’s Right to Vote- the 19th Amendment. This year marks the 100th anniversary of women’s right to vote.Everyone is welcomed.

23 • The C.O.P.S. Twisted Golf Classic hosted by Suzie Sawyer will be held at Lake Valley Golf & Country Club. Cost is $50 for Lake Valley members or $75 for non-members. All proceeds help C.O.P.S. provide healing programs for thousands of law enforcement survivors throughout the nation. Entry includes tournament play, lunch, prizes and raffles and silent auction participation. 24 • The next meeting of the Civil War Roundtable will meet at 6 p.m. at the Camden County Museum in Linn Creek. Anyone who is interested in learning more about the Civil War, Post Civil War and the Indian Wars is welcome to attend. 25-27 • The Lake of the Ozarks Marine Dealers Fall In-Water Boat Show will be held at Captain Ron’s. 25 & 26 • The Heartland Classics chapter of ACBS will host the Classic Boat and Engine Rendezvous at Landshark Bar & Grill. Registration is free but donations are accepted for Ozark Kat & K9 Shelter. On Friday, boat entry owners are invited to a cruise and evening meet and greet. The show will be held from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. where you’ll be able to see classic boats on display. 26 • The Tri-County YMCA of the Ozarks is hosting Bids & Bubbly, a quarter raffle and live auction. Held at the Granada Ballroom at the Lodge of Four Seasons, doors open at 5 p.m. with the welcome/dinner served at 6 p.m. Auction starts at 6:45 p.m. Tickets are $60/person which includes dinner and a bid number. 26 • The Treasure Island Casino Benefit for Wonderland Camp will be held at Jolly Roger’s from 3-6 p.m. Tickets are $40 in advance or $50 at the door. Tickets include a premium appetizer buffet, a drink ticket and $100 in chips. Winners turn in their chips for tickets that are placed in containers corresponding to prizes they’d like to win. 1 • Dogwood Animal Shelter will be holding low cost, basic dog obedience classes indoors at the shelter starting October 8, 2020. The class is open to all dogs 6 months of age or older. Because class size is very limited, students are asked to register by October 1. This will be the last class session of 2020. 1 • A Pink Out social will be held at Shawnee Bluff Winery to raise money for the American Cancer Society. Held from 5-7 p.m.

1-4 & 8-11 • “Clue the Musical” will be performed at The Royal Theatre in Versailles. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students/children ages 3-18. For more information, call 573-378-6226 or go to www.theroyaltheatre.com.

3 • The Osage Beach Fishing Derby will be held from 9 a.m.-noon at the city park. This free event will families the chance to enjoy a few hours of fishing, win prizes and have a free hot dog lunch. For more information, go to www.osagebeach-mo. gov.

3 • Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Camdenton will host an Oktoberfest German food and music festival from 4-7 p.m. There will also be Curbside/carryout available. Reserved dining costs $13 for adults and $5 for children. Curbside/ carryout is $12 per person.

7 • Sailing Solo will be meeting at Bentley’s Restaurant in Lake Ozark at 5 p.m. The group is made up of men and women transitioning from “we” to “me.” Reservations required Call Elaine Phillips at 573- 873-4052 or e-mail weploto@charter.net by October 1.

10 • The Lake Area Fiber Artists is hosting the 15th annual Fiber Festival at the Camdenton Christian Church. Hours are 9 a.m.-4 p.m. All things fiber, yarn, roving, hand-dyed yarns and clothing will be for sale. Vendors will also have handmade art work including textile arts, wearables, accessories and home decor.

14 • The 19th annual Citizens Against Domestic Violence Brunch will be held with the theme “All Things Purple.” The preevent virtual party is from 11 a.m.-noon with the program streaming from noon-1 p.m. Sponsorships are available. 16 & 17 • Fall Festival/Apple Butter Days will be held at the Camden County Museum.
