The certified, USATF course is for runners who want to record their times and establish a personal best. Operation Helping Hand helps the families of wounded and injured vet-
erans during their stay in Tampa Bay. The volunteer organization uses 96 percent of the monies it collects to benefit veterans and their families. There’s been a Molnar at the helm of a local real estate company in Land O’ Lakes since 1981. That was the year Lou and Sharon Molnar opened their company in a small neighborhood plaza on Bell Lake Road and Lake Padgett Drive. Fast-forward 35 years, and today their daughter, Holly Molnar Ruhlig, has opened Advantage Real Estate Services — same location, but with a brand new face. Holly has taken the work ethic she grew up with and launched a company with seasoned local Realtors; with a fresh approach in an ever-changing real estate market. Joining Holly are three family members — her mother, Sharon Molnar Johnson; sister, Stephanie Meid; and, mother-in-law, Linda Ruhlig. Sadly, the family’s patriarch, Lou Molnarr,, died last February. “It’s been a journey,” said Holly, who is back in real estate after working 10 years as registered nurse and nurse practitionerr.. “It’s wonderful to be working together again, carrying on my father’s legacy. We’re truly a family business, and have created an environment where our agents and clients are extended members of our family.” Other longtime members are Elaine Northrup in customer service, an employee since 1992, and Karen Hernandez, a broker associate who has worked with the Molnar family since 1994. Eight other experienced Realtors join them. Holly is interviewing now to add more Realtors to her team to keep up with the fast growth of the area. “It’s our collaborative approach that makes us difffferent from other real estate offices,” explains Holly. “Because we work together as a family, we support each other with our individual knowledge and experiences.” Holly and her sister grew up on Lake Joyce in Lake Padgett Estates, and both still call Land O’ Lakes home. “W We e absolutely love Pasco County. Our lifelong experiences living here is a big advantage when working with people buying or selling homes in the area,” said Holly. Her mother, Sharon, who lived on Lake Joyce Drive for 42 years, adds, “There are some homes that I have sold four times — that’s how experienced we are!” Holly has recently finished a complete offffice makeover, with new flooring, countertops, paint and signage.
