P a r t y COMMITMENT

Who do you want to stand up with you on one of the most important days of your life? Getting engaged is such an exciting experience, and you’re going to want to include everyone special to you. Consider a few things before you ask the 10 people you are closest to right now. Take a chance to look at this wonderful article from The Knot for tips on picking your bridal party.

http://wedding.theknot.com/wedding-planning/ bridal-party/articles/9-tips-for-who-to-pick-as -bridesmaids.aspx

Being in a bridal party is a commitment time wise and financially. Katelyn and I have seen some of our couples extremely stressed out during the process because their bridal parties are making things stressful for them. Make sure that all of the people you ask can afford the attire, time off of work for all activities (engagement party, shower, bachelor/ bachelorette parties, and rehearsal), and that they know what you expect of them as a bridal party member. This will save a lot of headaches.
