Jeddah Design District The project aims to enhance Jeddah’s visual and social dimension by directing the perception of art, culture and architecture amongst the broader public through the concept ofa design dicstricts. The design approach of the project includes a conceptual master plan with mixed use facilities to promote local businesses and culture and a narrowed focus on a Design Innovation Center based on the citizens demand.

Jeddah RBT Urban Development The project provides a street prototype development that aims to minimize traffic in Jeddah and provide a more sustainable environment. The urban typologies are applied to Prince Sultan St. and include Rapid bus systems, bike rails and pavements to increase pedestrian walkbility. In this way, citizens would minimize the use of vehicles which leads to a better environment.

CORNICHE COMMERCIAL CENTER The proposed project emphasizes on the notion of connectivity amongst important areas in Al-Balad in order to revitalize the area and form a sense of community amongst the people. It achieves the following by altering a dominant building, the Corniche Center, in a way that provides a visual connection between the business and retail district by creating a common social space. The project also seeks to add activities beyond shopping in order to encourage more people to visit.

KAUST MARITIME MUSEUM The project is a maritime exploratorium located in KAUST, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia with an approximate area of 4500 sqm. It aims to reflect the importance of the red sea in Jeddah by bridging the gap between the past and the future. The building follows a bio-mimic approach inspired from sea corals which creates an organic experience for the users to enjoy. The program of the project aims to educate the youth and ignite their passion to develop a better future for this country.



Process Phase 1 Analyzing the coral in an abstract way and understanding the topography of its environment and living charactaristics.

Phase 2 Developing a gradient like form to intigrate the wavy charactaristic of the Pachyseris Coral as well as lookin at different arrangment in site. Phase 3 Redifing curves exrtacted from coral and developing it in a way to affect interior as well as exterior space.

SALASABEEL MOSQUE ENTRY (Group Project)

Salsabeel is a Mosque that expresses notions of spirituality within the design of the form itself. Located at the heart of Dubai’s creek next to the natural preservation, the design reflects the beauty of nature and its spiritual ambience in the Islamic faith. The design inspiration is derived from a Mangrove tree which is dominant in the contextual preservation and is known for it’s dense tangled roots representing unity and connectivity. The overall form from the branched masses up to the minaret depicts the fluidity of life where each individual seeks for good deeds on earth with the faith of paradise in the afterlife.

SUSTAINABLE PRIMARY SCHOOL The project is a green elementary school located in Jeddah, on Prince Sultan road with a built area of 1,500 sqm. It aims on having an effective learning environment for the students to embrace their youth and develop their knowledge. The curriculum focuses on active learning rather than theoretical. Therefore, the building is designed to acquire more active spaces and facilities. The building’s sustainable approaches are the use of local material and natural renewable resources for cooling and lighting. An active outdoorspace is created for the students to perform their activities in a comfortable zone.

Sustainable Strategies


HOUSING MODULAR COMPLEX Unity 16 is a modular residential complex located in a 6,500 sqm. plot in Ubhor, Jeddah. The complex consists of 16 prefabricated housing units each with an area of 97 sqm. the housing complex is designed to create a strong sense of ownership for the users, yet a socal environment at the same time. it emphasizes on allowing each residential unit to have the maximum visibility to the sea view in order to give a sense of fresh and natural atmosphere.
