What are the characteristics of our products? The superstructure walls are made of one of two methods: layered sandwich panels or honeycomb panels. They’re lite and durable. The light weight construction is strengthened by an incorporated intermediate frame made of aluminum sections which is significantly lighter than a traditional steel container frame, aside from visual qualities, is has exceptional insulation qualities. After installing a heating unit, the internal temperature can be maintained at a constant and defined temperature.

Container construction variations Insulated container superstructure The honeycomb container is the made of the newest technology which is characterized by resistance and its light weight. A huge beneďŹ t is the ease of adaptation to new arrangement e.g. installation of additional shelving. Containers made of sandwich panels are the most popular and most frequently chosen product. The containers structural walls whose core is XPS foam are ale covered on each side with very high quality laminates.
Bakery container The superstructure dedicated to bakery- confectionery companies. Equipped with an exhaust system installed in the rear doors and front wall. The superstructure includes internal POWERLED lighting, plastic wheel arches with mud flaps, aluminum or thermoformed framing between wheel axels, rear door system made of acid resistant steel.
Aluminum container High quality aluminum plating guarantees a high load capacity, and thanks to the containers durability it becomes a long term investment.
Isotherms and refrigerators Refrigerated containers are equipped with thicker container walls and doors with a refrigerator. Door and wall insulation (up to 80mm), ceiling (up to 100mm) and floor (100mm) guarantee a constant temperature for the goods been transported. Isotherms in contrast to refrigerated containers have a door and walls with a thickness of 40mm, ceiling 40mm and a floor which is 70mm. The remaining ďŹ t out remains unchanged.

Container and isotherm access options Container superstructures are designed in accordance with individual client needs for many difference industries. Aside from designs increasing the functionality of the internal fit out in can include several container access options. Selecting any one of them, regardless of the goods transported, increases functionality, reduces the time need to load and unload goods. Lifting platforms allow loaded goods of large dimensions than average or pallets by using hand operated fork lifts.

Refrigerated containers Maintaining a constant temperature, high insulation qualities, multifunctional interior Each enclosed container has a dedicated refrigeration unit. Each vehicle is equipped with a refrigeration unit which allows maintaining a temperature between 0° C and -20° C. Appropriate wall thicknesses (up to 80mm) as well as insulated flooring (100mm) guarantee maintaining a constant temperature in any condition. The multi-temperature unit with dual 230 V power supply ideally handles situations, when the inside of the container is divided into two sections, maintaining ideal conditions in both for the transported products. In two independent zones ideal conditions are maintained for the transport of products. To increase the durability of the structure the back wall is reinforced before the refrigeration unit is installed.
Who is this product for? Refrigerated containers are an ideal form of distributing frozen goods, meat, medical and food products which require a low temperature. The option to develop the interior to suit specific components allows the vehicle to be adjusted to the needs of every industry. It guarantees that the product will fulfill the client’s expectations.

In the LAMAR superstructures there is a special internal partition, which allows the transportation of goods requiring different temperatures or products which need to be transported separately. The partition is available in two variations: a fixed partition, installed in accordance with the client’s requirements or an adjustable partition, foxed to two sliding plates fixed to the side walls, which can be adjusted freely.
Mid-axel covering The main task of the mid-axel covers is to optimize the vehicles aerodynamics. The real benefit to drivers is the reduction in fuel consumption by at least 5%. It’s worth highlighting the practical benefits of the coverings, which include increased comfort while steering the vehicle. This is of particular importance, when a container is fully loaded. The realistic benefit for drivers is also a reduction in the amount of fuel used by 5%. Visual qualities can also be increased by painting the coverings in any acrylic or metallic color.
Cargo fixing lathes Specially mounter strips located on the walls of the container for the basis of the cargo fixing system, into which a blocking dowel is placed. The number of dowels which can used is not limited
Additional fit out Hinged side door The side doors are lite and easy to use. Depending on the needs of the client they are mounted on the left or right of the superstructure. In this way the driver has a multifunctional superstructure, gaining access to goods in all conditions. Additionally, making use of the fixing options it is possible it is possible arrange and fasten the so that it doesn’t move. As a result, by using the side door, work place comfort is increased, and the time committed to loading and unloading s reduced.
Retractable rear and side steps Practical and comfortable to use – these are two qualities which distinguish the foldable steps built into the containers superstructure.
