LIFE & LOVE - CHAPTER THREE - A QUEER LOVE STORY

A more recent update of our wee Love Story. So much has happened this past 3 months and honestly when you know something’s meant to be, you just know!! Hayley and I have had so many amazing opportunities come our way for the rest of 2021 even 2022, and our determination to get our shit together is really starting to pay off. Between upcoming videos and photoshoots, auditions and dance rehearsals, it’s been crazy busy but everything we have been asking for.

We were recently lucky to be gifted a few days of paid decorating from my wee Mummy in our apartment to freshen our surroundings, and then in turn, our minds!! Also a big thank you to my wee Bestie Laura McClelland, who is starting her own Painting & Decorating business and done an amazing job for us. If anyone is looking a good job done by another amazing member of the LGBTQ+ Community then get booking her. I couldn’t have done anything without Hayley this past few weeks, even though we’re absolutely exhausted and for good reason. With all these blessings comes a very content placement in our relationship, and the flow feels so good..please Universe, long may this continue. Being unconditionally in love has never felt so good.

BACK TO SCHOOL

FINALLY HAHA..As of April 12th most Schools, College’s and Universities all started their classes on Campus, including Hayley and myself and I am absolutely delighted.

To actually have a bit of a routine and get back to training means everything, cause let’s face it; this Virus, these Lockdowns and the continued uncertainty would drive the sanest INSANE!! A massive congrats to all of the Teachers/ Tutors, Parents, Guardian’s and EVERY Student that done at home and remote learning during this difficult time as it has not been an easy ride..GO US

FUN FACT

My Name: So for most people they have one, at most 2 legal surnames in their lifetime right? Oh no, not me. I have to go and have 3, about to be 4..but wait though, hear me out lol

When I was born I gained my Mother’s Maiden Name, as she was a single teenage Mummy in the early 80’s (SCORNED LOL), which I had until I was 10. At 11 our Heather got married and I then inherited an “adopted” name that I continued to use until I got married in 2006 and even though I have been divorced for what seems like a million years, I have continued to use said name out of pure laziness and its about time really lol.

The time has finally come to have my own name and identity that I chose to represent my birth name and that says a little about me. I will be changing my name by deed poll to confirm this by using my names Claire Jessica and the fact that I was born in June (Summertime).

I proudly introduce myself to you as CJ Summer!! Hey there.

WHEN THE WORLD STARTS UP AGAIN

I don’t know about you guys but as excited as I am for the world to get going again, I am nervous AF. A whole year of very little contact with others, lack of traffic (both vehicle and pedestrian), non populated areas inside and outside and lack of socialisation has my anxiety hitting the roof lol I feel like I might have even forgotten how to be social anymore. Anyone else feeling like this?? What is going to be your POA going forward?? And how different do you think our new “normal” is gonna be?? Personally I feel like things will never be the same ever again, even in the smallest of ways and although some things might filter back in, I feel like more people than ever have a feeling of getting rid of old and outdated values and morals and updating to a more modern, open minded and diverse way of thinking, even living and I am here for it. Quotes like; “YOLO”, “always be prepared”, “life is too short”, “we can live better”, “be kind” and “LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST” all seem to be the most popular and I stand by most of these sayings because they’re all true and you never know what hand you’re going to be dealt. It’s definitely how you deal and handle these situations that are the trick lol Crazy to think that before this Pandemic and meeting Hayley I tried to commit suicide on a few occasions but something has kept me here, because I have a bigger purpose in life and I know that now. So guys if you’re low, depressed or suicidal, seek help or speak to someone you can trust. Guys meet Spike!! Our beautiful new little fur baby that came to us almost 3 weeks ago and it’s like he's always been here. We rehoused him from a friend and we couldn’t be happier with this little dude!! Xander & Willow definitely needed a minute and they absolutely adore him now. But here, his attitude is that of a diva and I have the teeny, albeit painful scratches to prove it haha WE ADORE HIM

One time, when I was about 18/19, I was at my weekend local. Back then it was between 4 places; The Ballysillan Arms, The Rangers, Usually I write about all the stuff we have Dempsey’s and Paradise Lost haha anyone watched but with being so busy lately there’s remember them?? not been a lot time to watch much, but I will say that having “Death becomes her” on Well, this particular event happened in The Netflix is the best thing ever. So our watch list Rangers when a friend and I danced so hard that will include this and the new movie Thunder he jumped on my foot and fractured my big toe Force, with Melissa McCarthy and Octavia lol he was wearing steel toe capped caterpillar Spencer..so excited to watch this. boots (fashion choices lol) and I was wearing Now the one constant obsession we watch strappy heels..problem was it didn’t really affect whenever we literally have any time at all is the me until the next day when I’d to go to work. competition series Ink Master. There are 13 Seasons and of course we started from Season 1 and are currently at the end of Season 5..but the Not only did I wake up slightly (very) hungover, but as I tried to “get up” for the day my sore toe obsession is rivalled alongside RuPaul’s Drag Race gave in and had me face planting the floor. I did and that applies here. It’s so dramatic and addictive, end up in A&E later that day and couldn’t dance check it out on Amazon Prime. for a fortnight..yet another hilarious but painful memory HAHA
