EXPECT THE BEST OF FOOD and drink, living history, country sports and lifestyle and a great family day out at the 2020 Irish Game Fair and Fine Food Festival at Shanes Castle Estate, Antrim, on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 June.

This year, the weekend hosts the one-and-only ‘National Game Fair’ for the whole of Ireland and it promises to be better than ever for families, food lovers and country sports.

The award-winning Fine Food Festival features muchloved local and Irish artisan producers, think cider and cheese, bread and honey, oils and preserves, even freshly roasted coffee beans. Shop for

game pies with old favourite Silfield Farm from Cumbria, and learn how to use these great ingredients at our cookery demonstration kitchen.

Around the Fair, the country sports competitions are fascinating to watch. There will be dogs, horses and donkeys, with Medieval jousting, carriage driving, show classes and dog agility. Watch out the for Rebels and the Crown Forces, they likely to be re-fighting the battles of the past.
