West Lake Water Park is a water park project in one of the main residential projects of the Tran Anh Group in the strategy of promoting and developing Long An province in 2019 West Lake Water Park is not too wide but has many different themes, with the lazy river arranged in the center of the project as a path connecting all the functional areas in the park from which to exploit many perspectives are constantly changing by typical landscapes that attract players as they pass the neighborhood The light garden is inspired by the image of melting ice and the aurora effect combined using the technique of night lighting arrangement, from which the famous buildings will be displayed with an impressive new experience

The main idea is inspired by the image of the Thu Bon river - the home river of the people of Quang, bringing wealth and prosperity
The river is like a mother who always welcomes her children to return to their homeland with open arms The architects created a consecutive flow through every building of the project to connect all functional areas with the main landscape towards the beach (waterfall area, harvest landscape, releasing paper lantern while watching fish swimming in the river, lantern booth, beach gates ) The design’s goal is not to break the social space and the nostalgic color of old times Service areas are arranged stretching without clumping to avoid the strange noises in the hundred-year -old old town Architects inherit and promote traditional identities in architectural designs, from exterior materials, cornice lights to simulating the Hoi and bamboo lanterns

Narra Residences is the fourth subdivision of the Empire City urban area The apartment is located in the southern area of the project and behind the Cove Residences low – rise tower In particular, this is also a great coordinate, because the apartments in this subdivision enjoy beautiful views of the Saigon river Furthermore, MU8 Empire City is surrounded by large green areas and community living areas This will certainly be an interesting place for the community to relax and rest

The project has a main hotel with two wings for 109 rooms as well as 76 villas close to the lake edge & a 1200 square meter ballroom
In addition, the project also targets large events such as conferences & weddings

Binh Thanh Driving Range Complex | NDAGroup
Area: 9.14 ha | Location: Binh Thanh, Ho Chi Minh City
Renovation Design | Responsibility: Preparing presentation files
Located at the prime location in the middle of binh thanh district and thu duc city, about 7 km from the center of district 1 , isolated from surrounding residential spaces Therefore, the project is relatively quiet and has many favorable conditions for the development of various types of resorts and health care
Traffic approaching the area is relatively easy, there are many major roads directly accessing the area along with the ability to access indirectly via the saigon river bus system
