COMPANY PROFILE Carel Enterprises, with its humble beginning, has thrived through the early part of Martial Law to become a diversified Company. In 1976, its founder, Elpidio R. Pagador, started selling electrical products such as circuit breakers, magnetic starters, contactors, building and magnet wires, panel boards, lighting systems and other electrical supplies. In the early 80’s, while the Philippine economy was down, it was then that its founder has expanded its line of business to include electrical contracting and servicing. It has provided the top 1000 Corporations of the Philippines, services such as designing, wiring and plant rehabilitation, focusing more on the supply and installation of Motor Control Center, Low and Medium Voltage Transformer and other related electrical/electronic products and services. After the EDSA Revolution, its founder diversified into the business of general contracting. However, due to bureaucratic red tape, both in private and in government entities, its founder has strategically reorganized itself. Due to the incessant power outage although out in the Philippines in the early part of 1990, wherein it has reached its epidemic proportions, Carel Enterprises was incorporated to Carel International Marketing Corporation to handle and manage the distribution and selling of Voltage Regulator, Motor Protector, Energy Saving Device and other electronic devices particularly the “Power Inverters”. The demand of uninterruptible power supply nationwide had increased tremendously, both residential, commercial and industrial customers, was the moving spirit of its founder to pursue the manufacture/assembly of the following initial products lines, i,e.; Uninterruptible Power System (UPS), Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR), Inverters and Motor Protectors. The need to change its corporate name into CIMCOR Electronics Corporation befitting its nature of business as a manufacturer and assembler of electronic products, timely came through the decisions of its major shareholders in the early part of 1995. Today, CIMCOR Electronics Corporation has changed its Corporate name to CIMTRONIX (PHILS.) INC. Globalization, modernization and the advance technology of products and equipment in the world market today, was a compelling reason for a change of Corporate name to CIMTRONIX.
