Landesign has been moving along in Marin County and has fostered a relationship with RealManage Property Management by providing a alternative lawn design! Landesign’s River Bed Install for RealManage was implemented at Madera del Presidio located in Corte Madera. The design utilizes Noiyo Cobbles and Sonoma Fieldstone to create a gorgeous river rock bed. The river rock bed is complimented with perennials and ornamental grasses that are not only drought tolerant but colorful! The install was designed by in house designer Julianna Wild a graduate of Landscape Architecture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. RealManage Property Management is leading the way in alternative lawn use and Landesign is geared up to continue the trend! If your are thinking of re-visioning your lawn spaces and need a custom design to add sustainability and personality to your start here!

Get ahead of the curve with an enhancement design that revisions your underutilized lawn space!
