Particle board is our standard cabinet core material. ⅝" thick, it is sturdy, economical, and provides a smooth surface for wood veneers and decorative TFL (thermally fused laminate). case shown in standard overlay face frame construction

PLYWOOD

Plywood core cabinets offer the most durability and are a great choice for high-use situations. Integrated finished ends that match door faces in TFL and thermofoil will be constructed with a particle board or MDF core. plywood core
