MIC REOPENS DOORS
Entrepreneurial artists and artisans from BancoSol will present their creations of painting, photography, sculpture, ceramics and handicrafts. The exhibition will combine face-to-face and virtual visits with a 360 ° exhibition that can be seen on Internet platforms, with a foreign reach.
As every year, since 2017, MIC BancoSol will open its doors to support microentrepreneurs who are clients of the entity and national visual artists who want to show their work to the public.
“This is an initiative in which we want our artists to share the exhibition space with our clients with ventures that
deserve to stand out, we want to break that barrier that often stands between art and crafts,” explains General Manager a.i. from BancoSol, Marcelo Escobar.
“This year we want the work of our artists and our entrepreneurs to be projected around the world and to be appreciated by a greater number of people through the Internet in a 360 ° exhibition that will be permanently open to our virtual visitors ”, Concluded the executive.
Among the entrepreneurs selected to participate in the MIC Microfinance Museum of Banco Sol is Richard Pilcomayo, who presents the art of engraving in glass and marble. The sculptures of Blanca Rivero Lobo, the paintings of Virginia and the art of Javier Zavala, an emerging artist in the of wood carving technique. And the writer who won the Marcelo Quiroga Santa Cruz novel award, Daniel Averanga Montiel will share with the audience his works of fantastic narrative, which combine the horror genre with the urban Andean context, all of them will exhibit in the La Paz room.
