CHRISTMAS WONDERLAND Lapset Magazine. Winter 2013 1
Issue was created by Kseniya Litvinenko Person, who all the time wants everything from everyone! Clothes, photos, décor, logos, comments and other trifles and not only! Her special feature is that near midnight she is suddenly inspired by many ideas and she starts to bring these ideas to people. The most suffered from her inspiration person is our designer – Anna.
Anastasiya Cherkis Professional photographer who several years works with children and makes family photo sessions (photo shoots). Anastasiya, probably, has some little motor inside, because she always moves with speed of light when she takes a pictures and suggests million ideas per second.
Anna Savonina Designer, who has time for work, for taking pictures and for creation of funny Tilda dolls. As all designers, Anna’s destiny is the most difficult – she have to accept and process all ideas kind of “make beauty for me”.
Anna Mikhaylova “Want to know everything” person. She is interested in everything that can make her life more bright, more beautiful, joyful and eventful. Always sincerely trying to help everybody who need her help. And just love her life!

We drove from airport to Hotel along the very beautiful and snow-covered road. It was 9 o’clock in the morning, but sun has just risen up, because a daylight hour is continuous only 3 hours! Husky farm. It was -10 C outside and our guide told us that these dogs are hot now and they feel comfortable when temperature outside is - 30 C. Lapset Magazine. Winter 2013 95

And this is reindeer. In fact, they are everywhere!!! They even were standing in our way in highway several times as herd of cows. It was found that Husky is very friendly animal. Dog named Funny, as we were told, goes to airport to invite delegations, because his kisses and hugs are the best!

We visited Youlupukki’s country cottage and he made a great present for us - 3 hours when he baked cookies with children, made letters, was very kind with everybody and spoke Russian with us.

This is only some pictures about our trip. From my side I’d like to say that you have to go to Lapland! It’s worth it! Especially with kids of age 4-5 years old! You’ll never be sorry!

Ням-ням!
Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon Butter - 150 gr. White or brown sugar – 150 gr.
Orange rind – 1 spoon

Thin honey – 125 gr. Flour – 500 gr.
2. Eggs and sugar whisk together and mix with spicy honey. 3. Add household soda to flour and mix in to syrupy mass.
Salt – 0,5 of teaspoon Ground ginger – 1 teaspoon
1. Mix honey with spices, put them on the small fire, and gradually add butter and stirring all the time. Make it cool.
4. Pastry is almost ready. Put it in fridge for few hours. 5. Than roll out the pastry in thin layer and cut different figures.
Bakers soda 6. Bake your ginger- 1.5 teaspoon breads in oven during15 minutes with temperature 180 C. Eggs – 2 pieces
Ground clove – 1 teaspoon
7. Spread gingerbreads with icing. For make icing just mix 1 glass of sugar with ½ of glass of water. Boil till you’ll get thick syrup.
