projectvisibility@larimer.org Project Visibility is a training program facilitated by the Larimer County Office on Aging, Caregiver Support Program, Long Term Care Ombudsman, and Options for Long Term Care with the goal of fostering and promoting an adult and aging services community that is informed, inclusive, and supportive of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender adults who are elders and/or disabled. Project Visibility was first developed in 2004 by Boulder County Aging Services. Larimer County has expanded its Project Visibility program to include not only elders but also disabled adults in our area who are members of the LGBTQ+ community.
