Building our future. In this new decade that has just started, we have set ourselves the goal of consolidating the complete infrastructure of the Golf and Sports Club through the construction and commissioning of The Club House in the coming years. To achieve this goal, we present the official launch, limited to 150 new shares, for Premium Partners that will be complemented with our Premium Membership to reach up to 1,000 integrants.

What is it, features and benefits The participation of Premium Partners is the vehicle that we have created to fund the gradual construction of the Sport Area and the Club House according to the placement of the 150 Premium shares for the coming years of this decade.

It is a participation with a single investment of one million pesos, which will not pay maintenance fees from the moment of its acquisition until April of the year 2050. It is for life and inheritable in a direct ascending or descending line. For its sale to someone else, you must have the approval of the shareholders’ council and make a contribution to the Club of $15,000 USD.

Benefits Premium Partners
Partners get all the benefits of Premium Members, except food and beverage consumption vouchers. The amount of the single payment of one million pesos in its entirety will be invested in the construction of the Club House and the sport area. It is for life and inheritable in a direct line. No payment of maintenance fees until 2050. The partner has limited voice and vote.

Additional benefits for all our golfers Members who are over 75 years of age have their monthly maintenance or usage fees frozen. Members who turn 80 years old are given the additional lifetime benefit of Senior Master status by paying only 50% of the full maintenance fee in effect on their birthday. To all our Golfers who request it, we extend a Green Fee pass without consumption cost for a guest who visits us for the first time to meet and play in Las Aves. We reserve the right of admission if we consider that the guest does not fulfill the purpose for which this benefit was granted by the Club.

Rules and penalties handbook Attached you will find a pocket handbook that includes rules and penalties for game logistics, healthy coexistence and care of the Club facilities. Article 83. Ignorance of the regulations may not be an excuse in case of infringing their provisions, for which the person responsible must be subject to the corresponding sanctions. We invite you to read and use the Club’s rules manual to avoid setbacks.
