2018 NEW PROJECTS
Property Compliance Cases Resolved Property Compliance Representatives routinely inspect properties to identify changes made to the property and any maintenance concerns with current conditions. LCA Property Compliance works directly with property owners to develop a timeframe for any repairs needed to bring the property into compliance. Representatives also assist members in the process of making submissions to the ACC for any improvements made to the property without previous approval.

2018 CASES RESOLVED
Estoppel & Resale Inspections When a property is going through the refinancing process or listed for sale, a resale (residential) or an estoppel (commercial) inspection may be requested. This type of inspection includes a full review of the property to ensure that all elevations and grounds have been completed per the approved plans for the property. Additionally, any items in need of maintenance are noted.
