OPTION 1: 2.000 EUR/month = 50 people/week (9,5 EUR/person/day) plus 20h/month of usage of meeting rooms; OPTION 2: 1.500 EUR/month = 35 people/week (10,2 EUR/person/day) plus 15h/month of usage of meeting rooms; OPTION 3: 900 EUR/month = 20 people/week (10,7 EUR/person/day) plus 9h/month of usage of meeting rooms; OPTION 4: 500 EUR/month = 10 people/week (11,9 EUR/person/day) plus 5h/month of usage of meeting rooms; Not nominally, can be used by any employee of the Company; Location of choice, people can go to any of the locations; No limit of users per day, all “entries” can be used in the same day by all the people, based on the location availability; Pre-booking (one day in advance) is optional but recommended, there might be cases of overloading of the space.
