The capabilities and computational speed of today’s ways of designing have dramatically changed the world in every way. These improvements happen so quickly that it is difficult for designers to keep pace. I have used different sources of research to collect the following topics. The globe connection we have with different counties. The need of new designers in the job market. Everyday users of home designers.

The globe connections we have with different counties have allowed the USA to not only expands our use of technology but to also have different varieties of that technology. Apple has said that China, which has 988 million mobile phone subscribers, remains a key growth market for the company. For all designers and creative professionals, it is important to take every opportunity to build skill levels and broad knowledge, even during economic slowdown. The world itself is changing and in this fast pace design world things are constantly improving.

A career as a designer has always been able to bring home the ’BACON’’ so to speak. Although according to The AIGA Aquent Survey of Design Salaries 2011 there are more then 7,000 design professionals. On average an owner, partner, or principal holds an equity position and has major business responsibility for a firm can make up to 60,000 – 140,000 in salary. The need for designers are high but it’s picking the right employer for the company that slows the process down. If designers are to provide effective communication, messaging and branding in the new global economy, they must understand the cultural context for design solutions and clients’ needs. This will depend upon knowledge, judgment and agility, not just skills.

Solo designers are self-employed design professional that works independently and has no employees. While working of home is becoming a major option in the business industry this allow designer to independently and flexibly work at home. A home designer can make on a average 40,000 – 80,000 in salary, but being solo is harder than it seems you have to be disciplined. Presenting to others, turning disadvantages, into advantages, staying positive, and basic bookkeeping are some of the basic solo designers need to have in a work environment by themselves.

In conclusion any position that a graphic designer takes should be one he or she loves to do and can grow in. A designer must stay focused and up-to-date with new programs at

are constantly changing. There is nothing more common than unsuccessful people with talent. Unrewarded genius, the world is full of educated designers with no real direction. Self-discipline and consistent focus on being the best you can be will determine your personal and professional success.
