Latitude 22N is a Hong Kong design studio founded in 2008 by couple Jesse Mc Lin and Julie Progin. Together, they have launched two design labels, Latitude 22N and Julie & Jesse, both focusing on innovative and creative porcelain designs.
Named Latitude to reflect the plural backgrounds of the founders, and those of their collaborative partners, and 22N for the latitude of Hong Kong, the brand offers a range of contemporary porcelain tableware, accessories and lighting under their label latitude 22N, as well as very unique limited edition pieces under their label Julie & Jesse.
The roots of Latitude 22N are deeply anchored in local traditions and time-honored values. Their story is one of making. They craft products in which design and skill come together always seeking to work in places with amazing history and craftsmanship in ceramics. The creation of each product stems from the collaboration between the founders and artisans – it weaves and forms Latitude 22N’s story.
