 Charitable Donations-

Imagine how great it would be to see the golden arches in the free throw circles on the Vipers court. McDonald’s will have their logo in both Vipers free throw circles. Also for every free throw the Vipers make, McDonald’s will donate an X amount of dollars to the Ronald McDonald Charities of the Rio Grande Valley.

 Ticketbacks/120 Point InGame PromotionMcDonald’s will have coupon spacing on minimum of 115,000 tickets via season tickets, group tickets, and walk up tickets to Vipers basketball games played at State Farm Arena. Each time Vipers score 120 points every fan in attendance at that game can redeem their ticket for a free menu item of McDonald’s choice. During the 2012-2013 season the team scored 120 points 14 times.

 Mascot Presenting SponsorMcDonald’s logo will be on the Front and Backside of Mascot’s Jersey. McDonald’s will be able to leverage the Mascots presence at local community events by distributing coupons. Vipers do a minimum of [75] community appearances at schools, and distribute a minimum of [500] coupons per visit. The Vipers will have then effectively distributed 37,500 coupons for McDonald’s which then should generate in-store traffic.

Possibilities Are Endless  Vipers All-Valley ShowcaseWe host a annual High School All-Star game for local boys & girls. This event is played at State Farm Arena in Hidalgo where we play our home games. We partner with the Monitor Newspaper to select the top basketball athletes. Each participant is provided customized uniforms, that they are allowed to keep. McDonalds will be Frontside Jersey Sponsor & will be given naming rights of event “McDonalds All-Valley Showcase”. For all media leading up to event, McDonalds will be recognized as “Presenting Sponsor”. Coupon Opportunities Available


 RGV Vipers Summer Clinics presented by McDonald’sViper’s coaches & players will conduct free basketball clinics in parking lots of McDonald’s for the local community. At these events basic basketball fundamentals will be learned: dribbling, shooting, rebounding, and leadership skills. The main focus is to encourage daily physical activity and reinforce McDonald’s commitment to community outreach. Details To Be Mutually Agreed Upon.

Mobile Advertising Campaign

Objective: • Generate traffic via mobile couponing opportunities • Allow McDonald’s to connect with it’s customers through direct contact Incentive: • An all inclusive trip to the 2014 NBA All-Star Game in New Orleans, Louisiana; hotel and air accommodations provided by McDonald’s Strategy: McDonalds will be able to take advantage of our new mobile texting software, which allows us to send a mass text message to numbers in our database. People can text “Vipers” to “45384” for a chance to register for an all inclusive trip to the 2014 NBA All- Star Game hosted in New Orleans, Louisiana. When each participant submits form ,they will automatically receive a coupon to their mobile device from McDonald’s.
