The perfect chocolate chip cookies for the new season:

Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe 1. Mix in a bowl 1 cup of flour, 1 tablespoon os cornstarch, 1 teaspoon of baking soda and a pinch of salt. 2. In a large bowl mix toghether 80 gr of unsalted melted butter, 1/4 cups of sugar and 1/2 cups of brown sugar. 3. Add one large egg, a teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix toghether. 4. Add chocolate chip cookies, cover the dough and keep in the refrigerator for at least three hours. 5. Preheat oven to 180ยบC. In a baking sheet scoop cookie dough about 5cm a part. Bake for 12 mins. 6. Before they cool sprinkle some Maldon salt and let cool completely in a wire rack. 7. ยกEnjoy!
