Having designed over 100 weddings and dedicating 7 years to creating gorgeous weddings for our clients we are certain we will make your wedding the day you have dreamed of. Reviva are not your typical wedding planners, we are a highly organized and creative team bringing many skills to your event to ensure you host a most memorable and well organized wedding. Reviva is the creation of Laura Charles whose distinguishable eye and style for detail sets us apart from the crowd. We create fabulous trendsetting weddings and are proud of our achievements. Many of our clients have remained friends. Your wedding day is the beginning of your life together and we love being part of that journey helping you to stamp your style on your special day.
A Bit More! Reviva Weddings is the creation of Laura Charles designing and planning weddings in Spain since 2007. We are driven with a passion and dedication to creating beautiful and memorable weddings, it is not our job it is our life and we love what we do. All our weddings are bespoke and created for each of our clients individual requirements. Our attention to detail is second to none ensuring you have the most perfect day. Reviva are re-known for creating trendsetting weddings and setting an extremely high standard within the wedding industry in Spain. We are a great team bringing many talents to our weddings and events including innovative design, meticulous planning, a great network of professional suppliers whom we trust and have built a relationship with. Reviva are based in Marbella, on the south coast of Spain, from Laura´s beautiful mountain top home, and also have a wedding studio in Elviria, to the east of Marbella, where we meet and greet our clients Isabel, is based in the leafy suburbs of Surrey in the UK just outside London allowing us to meet clients further afield than Spain and regularly travels to Spain for our busy wedding seasons. Our travels take us across the beautiful country and beyond, we organize weddings in Marbella, Sotogrande, Seville, Barcelona and Madrid and the UK. Getting Started All our weddings are tailor made to suit our client´s requirements, therefore we do not have packages and do not like what we call conveyor belt weddings. We understand at the initial enquiry our clients are looking for venues and an idea of costs as they start their wedding research. We are here to help and happy to send you general details of venues and indicative costs to help you get started with your wedding research. Our weddings vary from extravagant celebrations in luxury private venues to intimate smaller affairs in restaurants, no wedding is the same and we will help you to create the day of your dreams. Once we have sent out generic details and you wish us to start work with some chosen venues or search for more for you, we offer a personalized proposal. This will involve us working with you to try to find you the perfect venue if you have not already found one, we will check availability with chosen venues, send you more information including up to date menus and catering costs, information about where your guests can stay, suppliers details and likely costs and generally more tailored and specific information to help you to put together a good idea of your wedding day before committing. Our fee for this service is 300€ If you wish to then go ahead and confirm us as your planners we will deduct 100€ from our planning fee. If you wish to arrange a venue visit we will put together an itinerary for you to view the venues and meet us. Should you want one of our team to accompany you for the day on your trip our fee is 150€ within the Marbella area and 200€ to Seville and Granada. Trips to Barcelona, Madrid and other European destinations will be quoted for individually.
All the Wedding All The Wedding If you want us to find the right venue for you, recommend suppliers, make all the bookings and hold your hand throughout the organization of your wedding and let us sprinkle our famous magical creative styling over your day we recommend our All The Wedding. Working with you to chose and book the perfect venue. Wedding design concept and dĂŠcor consultations. Presentation of paperwork for ceremony if in a town hall or church. Handpicked qualified suppliers to provide services for event. Budget construction, implementation and management. Booking of suppliers - venue, caterers, music, make-up and hair, photographers, transport and any others. Scheduling appointments with contracted suppliers. Attendance at meetings with contracted suppliers. Detailed follow up with vendors and service providers. Attendance at menu tastings with chosen caterers. Attendance at initial/final sessions with caterers, ceremony and reception site managers. Attending rehearsals, pre wedding meetings. To organize party and provide running order for the event. To create a function sheet with all the wedding details. Confirmation of all suppliers and individual requirements confirmed one month prior to the wedding or event. Design and setup of personalized wedding microsite using a wedding website platform such as Wedding Window. Unlimited phone calls (within normal business hours). Email access to consultants. Trained coordination staff to be present on the wedding day The wedding coordinator will stay in the venue until the all the guests leave the party. We will work with you throughout your whole wedding planning process. Our fee is based on 10% of your wedding budget including venue hire and catering. Our minimum fee is 1950â‚Ź plus 21% IVA.
On The Day On the Day Coordination You have organized your own wedding but do not wish to have your mobile wedged down the front of your dress! You have organized a wedding with so many details you are wondering how you are going to pull it off. Hand it over to us, we will take over your wedding put the production team in place allowing you to relax and enjoy your day. To attend a pre wedding meeting to get all the necessary information. To be on site during your day to make sure everything runs according to your schedule. To oversee the set up during the day and to ensure all the suppliers are coordinated. On site event management for a maximum of 10 hours.

A Helping Hand A Helping Hand If you have booked the venue, caterer and some of the suppliers but you are struggling to find a good cake maker, DJ, make up artist, fireworks or any other piece of your wedding puzzle we can help you! We always recommend handpicked qualified vendors who have worked with us in the past and share the same high quality standards. This service can be combined with our On the Day Coordination. Our fee is based on 15% of any supplier´s costs we book for you. For example if we book a DJ at 500€ our fee will be 75€.
A Few Extras Concierge Services When you are bringing a large number of guests to Spain for your wedding we can offer you a concierge service to assist with all the accommodation and logistics of organizing your guests. Recommendation of hotels and rental websites to propose to your guests and organization of block discount bookings if applicable. Concierge service for guests and Bride & Groom, management of guests’ reservations for accommodation, organization of transportation and activities during their stay for the wedding. To distribute wedding related information for guests and organization of welcome packs for guests.
Pre Wedding Parties and Post Events Reviva Weddings can assist and organize all other wedding related activities and parties such as rehearsal dinners, post wedding parties and excursions. If you wish Reviva Weddings to attend to any pre or post wedding parties please do ask for a personalized quote, it is usually based on our On the Day Coordination fee and added to your planning quote. Please note that if the wedding party is being held outside of Marbella area the accommodation, meals and transport (flight or petrol) of the wedding coordinator need to be added to the fee. If we are required to travel to your destination wedding all air flights, accommodation and transport are to be covered by the wedding budget.
RevivaDecoration and Styling Decoration and Styling Our talented and creative team are famous for creating trendsetting weddings which have been featured in many gorgeous wedding blogs and delighted our clients time and time again. We collect many things on our travels and stock a huge amount of props, accessories, linens and signs to style our weddings which is constantly being updated to reflect current fashions. We love sparkle and rustic, we can turn our creative minds to anything and like to look outside the box for new and creative ideas. Our wedding studio is a floral haven and we love nothing better than looking for that elusive antique wooden door to write a table seating plan on! We have an in-house floral designer, a hugely creative sign writer, a photographer/stylist and stationery designer. Even if you have booked your wedding and wish to pull in a talented creative team to transform your day into nothing less than fabulous then look no further! We love candles and twinkle and are re-known for adding romantic fairy lights and candles to our weddings. Many of our props can be hired if you do not wish to have the whole team descend on you and we create gorgeous bridal bouquets, fabulous centerpieces, individual signs and menus, stationery, the list is endless. We can add as much or as little to your special day. All our decoration quotes are personalized.

Attention to the little details makes your guests feel special and shows them you have put a lot of thought into your day that you are sharing with them. Stationery by Reviva Here at Reviva we create most of our wedding stationery in house. We love nothing better than creating gorgeous Save the Dates and Invitations ready to set the tone for your wedding day. Once the designs are in place we elaborate on them and bring them to your wedding day to present a cohesive look to your entire occasion. Every one of our designs is different, we love nothing better than bringing in that truly personal touch to your wedding day. We offer beautifully designed and printed stationery and can design a whole host of on the day accessories from Order of Service, Paddle fans, Menus, Table Seating Plans, Table Names and placecards. Our new range of Spanish themed stationery is being launched shortly offering a beautiful selection of our favourite designs.
