PRODUCTIVE HOUSING San Francisco, Colombia

Based on the analysis carried out, take as the main determinant that the municipality of San Francisco is for commercial use, which is why most homes include premises on the first floor, which allows them to be able to carry out their work in their own homes. In relation to the above, I decided to incorporate economic activity in the user's home, thus contributing socioeconomically to the municipality. The analysis of uses shows a deficit in health equipment, which is why it decided to carry out a health center with better infrastructure than the only existing one. In this way there will be greater availability of appointments and the only place that all the citizens of the municipality had will not be congested.

SINGLE FAMILY HOME Funza, Colombia

Funza is an Agricultural Municipality of the department of Cundinamarca, being a neighboring Municipality of Bogotá many citizens emigrate due to their jobs. The user of this house is a worker who decides to move with his family, which is why he requires a Single-family house with 4 rooms, green areas and a terrace in his preference. The single-family dwelling is related to areas with a low index of land use, therefore with a greater availability of free land.

MIXED USE PROJECT AS AN INSTRUMENT FOR CULTURAL AND SPORTS INCENTIVE ENE L BARRIO SAN BERNARDINO XVI Bogota, Colombia The urban expansion in Bogotá is an example of the deficient planning that this city has had over time. This process has resulted in a very large but divided city, which leads to dynamics of socio-spatial segregation in consolidated sectors with scarcity of land. Given the need to want to create a better city that meets the needs and services for its inhabitants, a study has been carried out that analyzes what are the existing facilities in the capital of Bogota and how they function as fundamental elements in the city. It is analyzed which localities have a greater deficit of equipment and 9 properties are selected that meet the deficit conditions at the zonal scale and location strategy. Finally, one of the properties suggested in the investigation of the town of Bosa is selected and a cultural and sports facility in the San Bernardino XVI neighborhood is proposed from an architectural point of view that meets the needs in terms of services, recreation and sports of its population. The Project works as an integral part of a system of public spaces and facilities that create a new centrality recognizable by the community.

URBAN ARCHITECTURAL CONNECTION IN RELATION TO CULTURAL AND SPORTS EQUIPMENT CAIXA FORUM Bogota, Colombia The connection of these important nodes will be carried out through the pedestrianization of Carrera 97 C, in this way a pedestrian axis will be created between park 1, equipment and part 2. The design of the parks will be distributed by 4 islands that are complemented with the activities of the equipment, thus offering the inhabitants sports and cultural activities, inside and outside the spaces. With this axis, citizens are invited to visit the 3 points without generating barriers between them, in addition these 3 points will be connected by a cycle path that will have stops at the three stations

URBAN FURNITURE FOR CAIXA-FORUM CULTURAL AND SPORTS CENTER Bogota, Colombia

The purpose of the library module proposal is to integrate the interior cultural activities with the exterior, thus generating activities in the public space of the facility. The module contains natural elements that provide a spatial quality for the users, thus generating shadows through the vegetation used. The natural elements of the upper part of the bookshelves have an irrigation and storage system that is characterized by the collection of water, through a channel and a pump which aims to capture and distribute the rainwater to the vegetation. The wooden module which houses the books has plastic protection to take special care of the books in case of rain.

NORTH CATALINES SKYSCRAPER Puerto madero. Buenos Aires, Argentina

The objective of the proposal in the Catalinas Norte urban park is to generate green areas with recreational and cultural activities that respond to current needs. This proposal seeks to achieve relations between the city and the Rio de la Plata. Also articulate to existing public spaces and mix of use. Within the land of intervention is the project paseo del bajo which proposes to unite the highways in a fast track. This road is connected to the project by means of circulations and visuals towards Puerto Madero. In the Catalinas urban park there are 4 skyscrapers, where I proceed to design one. This skyscraper measures 300 m and has 60 floors, it is made up of 3 programs: a cultural center on the ground floor, offices, homes and restaurants.

URBAN RENOVATION IN THE 20 DE JULIO NEIGHBORHOOD San Cristobal. Bogota, Colombia

The urban renewal proposal is carried out in the neighborhood of July 20 in the city of Bogotá, this neighborhood is characterized by its informal economic activity and its high recognition in terms of religious activity, this has generated a problem of invasion in platforms and roads vehicles making it impossible for pedestrians to pass and creating traffic from the main roads. The proposal consists of highlighting the BIC (Asset of Cultural Interest): Iglesia del Divino Niño and relocating these 3,500 people who are in charge of carrying out informal trade in the treated area, with this proposal we want to generate more green areas and adequate infrastructure for the number of people visiting this area of the city.

LOCATION

MARKET HALL

CONNECTION OF ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENTS

As the main objective we highlight the heritache by raising it by means of a platform thus giving it greater visibility, this also implies the expansion of the Church to give a greater visual opening to the main square. On the left side we will rearrange the school next to a cultural center which shares private areas such as libraries and study rooms for young people. Green space is reconsidered due to its scarcity, thus generating levels of vegetation that are pleasant for the inhabitants. Regarding the main problem that is informal commerce, we propose a commercial axis from the church to the new housing modules through a Market Hall which will give place to each of the inhabitants who is dedicated to selling in the streets of the city. location. We also design infrastructures for inhabitants who wish to be located on the pedestrian street between the church and the Market Hall.
