Garden Salad
Mixed field greens, mesclun, romaine, julienne vegetables with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Entrée Course – Selection Upon Arrival
Chicken Marsala
Boneless breast of chicken sauteed with onions & mushroom, then finished with a Marsala wine sauce.
Salmon Senape
Fresh salmon fillet baked with a hint of horseradish, Pommery mustard & seasoned breadcrumbs; finished with a lemon & white wine sauce.
Veal Parmigiana
Veal cutlet dusted with seasoned breadcrumbs, pan fried and topped with marinara and mozzarella.
Petite Sirloin Blue Bella
Grilled and topped with a Gorgonzola sauce.
Pasta and Meatballs
Penne pasta tossed with marinara & fresh ricotta cheese; accompanied with Carbone’s house-made meatballs. Accompaniment Family Style PastaEntrée Marinara, Sauteed Seasonal Vegetables, Petite Garlic Rolls with butter & olive oil.
