...to Beaufort Cottage and Gardens, worlds away, tucked into the beaucolic English countryside. Originally built in the early 18th century, Beaufort has had many incarnations ~ family estate, pub, bed & breakfast, and now private inn and event facility. With the hills and forests of Essex surrounding you, there is no more beautiful place to celebrate your wedding day or other momentous occasion. Beaufort is an all inclusive experience in that the entire property is yours for the duration of your event. With a large drawing room, pub and eight guest rooms, Beaufort can accomodate your family or wedding party. Our Lawn Tents can seat anywhere from 50 to 200, with additional space for cocktails & dancing. The English Rose Garden is the perfect place for your ceremony or a separate cocktail reception space.
